PLEASE NOTE: that we try to be as flexible as possible and therefore, do not necessarily stick rigidly to minimum weekly rentals. Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser. A 30% (non refundable) deposit is due when making your booking. A booking is not completely confirmed until the deposit has been received. The full balance including the inventory deposit is required 8 weeks before departure (late bookings within the 8 week final payment period... payment is required in full on booking). Guests are required to pay an inventory/damage deposit of £300 per rental period.
  • Subject to there being no breakage's, damage to the apartment or its contents or excessive cleaning the security deposit will be returned within 10 days of your arrival in the UK. Arrival/departure days 'negotiable' with no minimum 'stay' subject to bookings at the time. Please enquire. Rates and duration on request. The apartment is available from 13:30hrs on arrival through to 10:00hrs on day of departure. We also welcome 'long term' renters. Several spare sets of linen are available in the apartment for guests of longer duration. All linen is either ENGLISH WEAVERS/ DORMA or SHERIDAN QUALITY. A 'weekly' or 'mid weekly' housekeeping service is available at a small nominal charge, price on request. Euro zone clients can choose to pay in euros in accordance with the £ to euro rate of the day. All £ payments are made to a UK bank in £sterling helping to eliminate any unforeseen bank charges/commissions levied for electronic transfers by banks both ends.

The apartment has marble floors throughout, central heating and air conditioning throughout, which is essential, especially in high season. GOLF INFORMATION: ROYAL BENDINAT.: THE BENDINAT ESTATE is beautifully situated 7km to the west of Palma in a sweeping, wooded valley. At its heart lies The Royal Bendinat Golf Club, an attractive course with spectacular Mediterranean views. In 1995, under the direction of golf architect 'Hawtree', the course was extended to 18 holes and upgraded; a network of buggy paths was also created. A new driving range has been added and further upgrades are planned. The club has excellent facilities and a friendly 'club house' with a lively social calendar. The club restaurant overlooks the 18th green and host’s art exhibitions and the summer season of 'concerts on the grass'.
