THE BENDINAT ESTATE is beautifully situated 7km to the west of Palma in a sweeping, wooded valley. At its heart lies The Royal Bendinat Golf Club, an attractive course with spectacular Mediterranean views. In 1995, under the direction of golf architect 'Hawtree', the course was extended to 18 holes and upgraded; a network of buggy paths was also created. A new driving range has been added and further upgrades are planned. The club has excellent facilities and a friendly 'club house' with a lively social calendar. The club restaurant overlooks the 18th green and host’s art exhibitions and the summer season of 'concerts on the grass'. Not to mention the many celebrity 'charity' golf tournaments that take place during the year, including The Robert Winsor Charity Classic.

TRAVELLING DISTANCE from Palma Airport to LOS PAMPANOS is approx 20 mins. Car hire is recommended, though not essential, in order to be able to appreciate the full beauty of the island. Excellent public transport is always available. Taxi's operate regularly in the area, are reliable and inexpensive. 4Example: 20-25euro (£15) approx from the airport to LOS PAMPANOS. The local bus stop, which can take you in the direction of either Santa Ponca, Palma City and Andraxt is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The roads from and around Palma, the island's Capital are excellent. CAR HIRE: is very competitively priced and can be organised in advance of your arrival or collected on the day at the airport. For our clients we have negotiated EXTREMELY FAVOURABLE RATES. We also have availability to organise personal collection from the airport and transportation to and from the apartment.
