  • This Penthouse is available mid week WEDNESDAY to WEDNESDAY allowing greater access to cheaper flights and less congestion at the airports.
    The Penthouse is available from 3PM on day of arrival and departure at 10AM on the last day to allow for cleaning.
    A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of 30% is required to secure a booking. The balance is required 8 WEEKS prior to departure.
    A refundable BREAKAGE DEPOSIT of £300 is payable with final balance, it will be returned within 14days subject to no damage or excessive cleaning. It is important to telephone us and confirm availability before returning BOOKING FORM and DEPOSIT. Please note payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and amount is specifically agreed in advance.

Transport: There has been major investment in the road system in Mallorca in recent years and the drive from the airport is both quick and simple. Once at the apartment there is no need of a car, unless you wish to tour the island. A number of Taxi firms operate on the island Taxis are both reliable and inexpensive and are in plentiful supply. A taxi to the airport will cost approximately 35 - 40 euros. There is a bus Terminal a short walk from the apartment with regular services into Palma. If you do decide to hire a car, parking on the island is not generally a problem with many public car parks at all the major attractions. There is an excellent cycle path that follows a pretty route from Santa Ponca towards Palma Nova and on to Palma. The path is very wide and well maintained. The route is regularly interspersed with children's play areas providing a safe environment for families, walkers, joggers and cyclists.

Shopping & Restaurants: The nearest supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away. Santa Ponca has a larger supermarket and a wider range of shops and restaurants as well as banks and pharmacies. Best of all, are the open markets. Every day, except Sunday, is market day in a town not too far away. Generally, there is a wide range of fresh produce, with seafood a speciality. The local bakeries all produce croissants and baguettes on a daily basis. There are too many good restaurants to list! Every taste and cuisine can be found in and around Santa Ponca. The locals have a fabulous attitude towards socialising and eating-out is a pastime in which they partake with great relish. Children are particularly welcome around the island and menus for the smaller guests are normally available.

Golf Infofmation: There are more than 15 golf courses on the island - 7 of which are within a 15-minute radius. The apartment is situated next to the championship course of Santa Ponca 1, which boasts one of the longest par 5 holes in Europe! It is open to the public but reserving tee-off times is essential. The wonderful climate and the excellent facilities provide the ideal opportunity for golf enthusiasts to enjoy their sport throughout the year.

This property was true to its description. Its decor was a credit to its owner and it was like having a home from home. Brilliant location and the kids had loads of space and loved the laid back atompshere at the pool. Great having your own beds by the pool no rushing in the morning!!!! It was very clean and well maintained and the customer service provided by the owner was outstanding. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent spacious property in perfect location

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in this very spacious,and beautifully furnished apartment. The location was ideal as it was outside the busy town of Santa Ponsa yet was only five minutes walk to the lovely beach and several very good reasonably priced restaurants. Our favourite was the Crocodilla. We also had a good meal in Fat Sams. The large balcony was very well furnished and overlooked the pool, the well maintained gardens and the surrounding countryside. It was so relaxing just sitting there with a glass of wine in the sunshine. (We also enjoyed an amazing thunder storm one evening) I also felt the balcony was safe for my grandson provided someone was there with him. Having your own sun loungers in the very clean pool area was great and my grandson really enjoyed the childrens pool.
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for anyone on a golf holdiay, touring the island or just relaxing and swimming in the lovely Santa Ponsa Bay. I was a bit disapointed in Santa Ponsa town but the Plaza Hotel was great for watching football, a wee drink or a cup of coffee. Beautiful clean apartment and the owner was really easy to contact and I felt provided a good service.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location

This was our first visit to Santa Ponsa and we were not disappointed. The apartment was extremely spacious inside and had a lovely big balcony overlooking the pool. It was really clean and had some lovely touches to make it very homely. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was very warm at night during our stay. The view from the balcony was lovely, mountains and plenty of greenery, together with adjacent apartment blocks which were all of a high standard and not at all intrusive. The pool and surrounding areas were always clean and well maintained. It was nice to know that you always had your sunbeds available whatever time of day you went down to the pool. Santa Ponsa beach was only a 5 minute walk away, together with the start of all the restaurants, shops and bars. Certainly plenty for everyone of all ages. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this beautiful apartment.

My holiday in Santa Ponca

After my recent visit do Playa de Golf I found the appartment very clean and well equiped with fittings and furnishings to a very high standard! Ideal for a family holiday with a large pool and a baby pool set in nice gardens. The appartment is ideally situated only a few minutes walk to the beach and lively center of Santa Ponca while being far enough away for a quiet and relaxing stay. All in all exellent accomidation in a good position and me and my family had a wonderful time.
