Photos and Description of this Santa Ponsa holiday apartment A spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, sleeps 6 adults

The apartment is in a much sought after location in the heart of Santa Ponsa. The main shopping area is only a 1 min walk away from the apartment where there are many bars, restaurants and gift shops. The beach is the same distance which is about 200 meters. The area around the Playa Golf Apartments is very flat and the apartment is on the ground floor with wheel chair access. It is ideally suited to both couples or families with young children or members of the family who have difficulty in walking. The apartment is at the front of the complex and looks out directly over the pool area. However young children would be quite safe as there is no direct access to the pool from the apartment. This apartment would be ideal for anyone wishing to be very close to all Santa Ponsa has to offer whilst still requiring a little less noise at night. When this apartment block was built it was designed with the older generation in mind and has very few steps inside or outside the building.

Santa Ponsa is south west of the island and approx 10 miles from Palma. It is about 20 mins in a car or taxi both of which can be hired very easily at the airport. A bus is also available. The resort is of a medium size and is developed around an attractive horseshoe bay and enjoys most of the best weather Mallorca has to offer. Unlike many Spanish resorts Santa Ponsa is not dominated by high rise hotels, it concentrates more on self catering holidays. It is perfect for families and couples young or old with plenty to do for all.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are based on 6 person occupancy. A non refundable 30% deposit of the total cost will be required with your booking. The balance including the £250 security deposit will be payable 18 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, or at the time of booking which ever is sooner. Should you need to cancel your booking once final payment is made then no refund will be given and you must claim it back through your own travel insurance which we strongly recommend you purchase at the time of booking your holiday.
    You must vacate the apartment on your departure day before 11am. This is to allow enough time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
    Change over day is every Saturday.

    From Oct until end of May the apartment can be for rent on any change over day and on a daily basis. Prices are based on the weekly rate for that period min charge 5 nights.
    Please note that we only cater for families and do not take bookings from all male,female ,and single parties under 25yrs.
  • Security Deposit: This is held in the event of any damage or loss to our property during your stay, or if any excessive cleaning is required at the end of your stay. It will be returned to you, minus any deductions if they are required, within 28 days of your departure from the apartment..
  • Rates are based on 6 people sharing there is no reduction for under occupancy even out of season

SKY FREE VIEW TV is provided, BBC1 BBC2 HTV etc, if you want more options with the channels available then you just need to bring your own SKY card with you to use during your stay you will be able to receive all of the ones that you currently get at home but not any of the movie channels. During the quieter letting months we can offer an extension of stay at the apartment. 0n your departure day until 4pm and on arrival day it may be possible to arrive at an earlier time of 11am if required for an additional fee of £30 per extension please ask for details

Resort Facilities: Include an excellent beach for swimming, water sports and sunbathing with rentable sun beds and straw parasols. There are many bars and restaurants offering a variety of local and British fare with music and entertainment. Many supermarkets are within easy walking distance offering local and British produce such as bacon, sausages, real bread and of course ‘Heinz baked beans’ if required but not compulsory. The Post office and English speaking doctors and dentists are also in Santa Ponsa.

We stayed at this apartment in Sept 2008 and what an ideal central location. They proclaim in the advert it is 2mins from the beach and all the shops bars and cafes and they are not lying it certainly was all of these things.
While we were there everything that we needed was provided and everthing was clean and well taken care of.
As my wife has walking difficulties it was perfect.
We will definatly recomend it to all our friends and familly and have rebooked to return next June.

We had a fabulous time at Our Casa Mallorca in July 2008 and will definitely be returning. The apartment is perfect and everything it says on the "tin". It's spacious, clean, fresh and comfortable. With two young children, it was especially pleasant sitting on the balcony of an evening, overlooking the lit-up pool. Its location is ideal and literally only a 1 minute walk to the many bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!!

We have just had the pool re-tiled this year, and they have put nice wide stone steps leading straight into the pool, making it much eaiser to use for anybody with walking difficuties.

We had a fantastic week long stay in this apartment.

The apartment itself is ideally situated. Close enough to everything, but not too close (if you know what I mean lol.)

Lovely & clean & all the mod cons you would find at home.

I would have no hesitation to recommend this apartment to anyone. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that it's prompted a move to Mallorca in January!

The apartment is idealy situated,it is in the centre of Santa Ponsa,private,quiet and within 150m from the beach.
The apartment is spacious,very clean and everything is provided to make your holiday stress free.The owner states that it is your home while you are there and that's the way it felt.
My wife and two teenage daughters stayed at 'our casa' and having an apartment like that to stay in certainly helped in keeping the teenagers happy.
Would recommend a stay for any type of party.

A very nice apartment, everything was clean fresh and well presented. The owners did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. It is right in the heart of Santa Ponsa with everything close at hand. You do not need a car, The connection to the capital and the villages in neighborhood is good. We plan to come back again next year.
