Photos and Description of this Soller area holiday apartment 2 Double bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, sleeps 4/6, floor area 80m2

The rental includes cleaning and all linen and towels with the exception beach towels. Please bring your own. For a 2 week stay an interim linen change and mini-clean are included in the rental. The apartment is light and airy. The sun rises on the bacony side which means that the evenings are comfortable even at the height of the summer. Fans or heaters are provided depending on the time of year. The apartment is easily accessible from the road so that pushchairs and shopping are no problem. Car parking is provided but it is by no means essential to have a car. There are no extra charges for electricity or cleaning etc.

Puerto de Soller, with its perfect semi-circular bay, is one of the few harbours on the North coast of Mallorca. The pedestrianised and traffic free harbour area with it's many cafes is a safe and enjoyable place to sit with your coffee or cocktail and people watch whilst looking out to sea. The child friendly beaches and calm sea also make it a relaxing venue for both parent and child. There are various carnivals throughout the year, some very specific to the area. The tram to Soller town runs frequently and is both fun and attractive. It is also very convenient! In Soller there is a daily covered market and a street market on Saturday. There are fashion shops and a museum with an excellent Miro collection. The area is popular for cycling, which can be hired in Soller. If you are a walker you will love exploring. If you have want to look further afield take a car or a boat......Deia known for celebrites, fish & crystal clear water, Fornalutx, Valdemossa, Binairaitx...........

Private balcony/terrace, shared outdoor pool : This is a spacious and well maintained apartment in a small hillside development at the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. It has very easy access from the road with reserved parking. The shared pool is large and surrounded by mountainside gardens, sun loungers and chairs. There is a poolside shower for your convenience. The apartment is fully equiped and there are ample wardrobes and storage . From the terrace you can enjoy the morning sun and cooler evenings. There are fans and heaters in every room depending on the season. There are no extra charges and the apartment will be cleaned and ready for you with a 'Welcome Pack' to help you over the first night should you come late in the evening. There are many small supermarkets down by the port and a daily market in Soller. The beach is very child friendly.

Nearby is the Nautilus bar from where you can see the most spectacular sun set whilst sipping your 'sun downer'. A ten minute walk and you are on the pedestrianised port area - a haven for children - where there are a multitude of sea food restaurants and also the normal Spanish fare. You can get a boat from here to otherwise inaccessible beaches, or take the famous San Francisco like tram to the Moorish inland town of Soller (about 5 - 10 minutes) In Soller there is a daily indoor market and many fashion shops. You can also hire cycles here, buy excellent mountaineering shoes and equipment. There is a train which takes a spectacular route through the mountains to Palma. Travel by car to Palma is about 35 minutes and the famous villages of Deia, Fornalutx, Valdemossa and Biniaraitx are all short drives away. The nearest golf course is the famous and excellent San Termens, about 20 minutes drive.

We had wonderful holiday in Port Soller. .. the combination of sea & mountains great...fabulous views from balcony...large, cool, high ceilinged bedrooms with comfy beds, massive wardrobes ,no traffic noise... high pressure shower with ample hot water and comfy lounge with Satellite TV where kids could watch Big Brother.....the good sized pool...most of the time we had to ourselves. And walking distance to Port & shops & restaurants! Nigel, Doreen, Donna & Robert W August 2007. Just to let you know we had a marvellous time in Port Soller. Everything went according to plan, the apartment was perfect, the weather wonderful & Port de Soller must be the best holiday base on the island. Sheila J November 2006 Everything was great. We had really good weather and the flat seemed pretty similar to last year. It was good that there were some basic rations and the bottle of wine was welcome! All in all a fantastic flat. THE PERFECT BREAK

This is a perfect apartment for a break in the beautiful bay of Port Soller. Set in a quiet residential area the apartment is all that you could ask for and the description from the owner is completely accurate. Facilities are excellent; very comfortable, airy bedrooms with large wardrobes and hangers!!!! Spacious bathroom with brilliant shower, fully fitted and equipped kitchen and large dining table; comfortable chairs, satellte TV and excellent lighting - a rare occurence. The pool is quiet and inviting - the beach, 5 minutes away is sandy with safe swimming. The balcony overlooks countryside towards the sea and it is a pleasure to breakfast sitting there in the warm sunshine.
Port Soller has much to offer; good restaurants, shopping, tram to the town of Soller - a delightful place with easy access to Palma and other beautiful parts of Majorca.
This is such a delightful place to stay that we have returned and will return again and have certainly recommended it to friends. Go and enjoy it, you will be impressed.

We spent a lovely week staying in the apartment at Soller. It was quiet and relaxing with beautiful views from the balcony and pool area. My two boys enjoyed the pool, we had trouble getting them out of it, and our bedrooms were very comfortable. We did hire a car as the apartment is situated up a hill and being August it was quite tiring in the heat. Other times of the year the walk is fine. We all had a very enjoyable holiday.

Very nice apartment

We rented this apartment for one week and were very happy with this place. We found everything we needed for cooking and entertainment. From the balcony you have a nice view over Port de Soller. It is a ideal base for hiking tours in the surrounding area. But a rental car is recommended for sightseeing tours in the other parts of majorca.
Booking and access to the apartment was also without any problems.
