3 Bedroom top floor apartment consisting of double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, further double bedroom, & 3rd bedroom with 3 single beds & further house bathroom. The large living/dining area offers spectacular views of the mountains and opens to a spacious terrace for outside dining. Fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances & laundry room. The apartment is air-conditioned & has central heating. Outside there is a large communal pool & garden area with sunbeds. The apartment is located in a quiet spot, yet very near many restaurants, bars & shops. The marina & beach are less than a 10 minute level walk away. A car is not essential.

The apartment is located in a quiet spot, yet very near many restaurants, bars & shops/supermarkets. The marina & beach are less than a 6 minute level walk away. There are unitterupted views of the Tramuntana mountains from our balcony. The apartment is one of very few apartments that have a pool but are so close to the front & harbour.

  • There is a an additional cleaning charge of £60 per booking of 4 people or less. For bookings for 5 people or more there is an additional cleaning fee of £95.
    A returnable £100 deposit is required to secure the booking, which is additional to the full payment which is required 4 weeks before the rental. The £100 deposit will be returned to you within 21 days of the end of the rental period, on safe return of the keys & satisfactory condition of the apartment.

Walking & Mountain Biking: The landscape of Soller in the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains is renowned for its beauty & walking opportunities. Its mountain tracks & paths with views of the Mediterranean are the ideal place for both recreational walkers & serious hikers. The Soller valley is ideal for mountain biking. Tracks, paths & dried up stream beds are a paradise for mountain bike lovers. Mountain bikes can be hired locally.

Sailing & Diving: There is a water sports centre at the port with sailing boats, wind surfers, kayaks etc. for hire. Diving: Octopus Dive Centre - Boat dive trips; dive courses; equipment sale & rental.

Tennis: Tennis is available at the nearby Hotel Es port (less than 5 minute walk away) Court no. 1 (clay) 7.50€ per hour; Courts no.2&3(hard) 6.50€ per hour; Please book at reception; or call 00 34 971 63 16 50.

Holiday in Port de Soller

Accomodation wasnt too far from the airport providing you dont drive into the town of Soller like what we did by mistake. Alot of no entry signs and one way roads on very very narrow streets, wouldnt recommend driving around the village of Soller but to take the tram instead from Port de soller - less stressful and more enjoyable. We hired a car which helped get to the start of many hillwalking routes and a great way to explore the island. The accomodation was spacious, clean and had everything you need. Having a dishwasher was a luxury. Breakfast on the balcony was great and enjoyed the beautiful views of the surrounding hills and countryside. A very quiet residential area. Port de Soller has no shortage of restaurents and we found the restaurant closeby one of the best and very reasonably priced. The weather wasnt too hot when we visited in the middle of April and was just perfect for hillwaking and exploring. Most walking routes are very clearly marked. A drive on the Sa Calobra is an experience, lots of hairpin bends and twisty too ! The area is beautiful and would recommend it to anyone who likes a bit of culture. Will definately be back.

Apartment provided everything we needed and more. The views from the terrace were heavenly and did not want to come home. The resort itself is beautiful with loads to do if you choose to or if your after r & r then poolside is perfect. Loads of restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance, as is the beach. Planning to go back next year.

I rented the property for a hiking holiday in March 2008. We were a party of 7, ages ranging from 10 to 71, and we were very impressed with all aspects of the property. It was easy to find thanks to very clear directions, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location was great, only a short walk from the water front with loads of restaurants. It was also perfect for hiking from a location point of view. Dealings with the owner were straight forward and pleasant. We would definitely come back again.

We have just returned from a week in the Port de Soller , the weather was brilliant , the apartment was first class , clean and spacious well maintained with all modern equipment , the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday , and only five to ten minutes walk to the picturesque port with plenty of restaurants sea and sand . We will definitely go back !
