Luxury villa with private pool at 100 meters from the sea in Colonia Sant Pera, a lovely village at the back of Arta on the way to Alcudia and Pollensa at the North of Mallorca. There is a totally unspoilt sandy beach at 300 meters from the Villa. The village of Colonia Sant Pera has a lovely harbour, cafes and restaurants. The villa is decorated to high standards and it is very spacious.

Notes: Colonia Sant Pera is a very nice location at the back of Artá. The nature there is so beautiful that the Spanish Modern Painter, Miquel Barcelona, has his Villa there. The view of the Bay of Alcudia is spectacular, so the Villa is located in a romantic location. But because it is so next to the sandy beach and at walking distance from the shops and caffés of the Village, it is also very convenient for families.

Location of The Villa: The north of Mallorca has the best beaches of the Island and it is the most suitable part for sailing. The Villa is just in front of the large Bay of Alcudia. The area is ideal for cycling and sea sports. Next to Colonia Sant Pera you have villages of Arta, Capdepera and Cala Ratjada going towards the East, and Alcudia and Pollensa going towards the west. Colonia Sant Pera is such a beautiful place, with such marvellous landscape that it is the permanent residence of the main Spanish abstract young painter, Miquel Barcelo.

Decoration of the Villa: The Villa is decorated in Mallorquin style and all the rooms are very spacious and have direct views on the sea or the mountain. The kitchen is very modern and has plenty of space. The Villa has a lovely location in front of the bay of Alcudia and has plenty of sun.

The Area: Northern Mallorca has a lot of character. Artá and Capdepera have lovely castles and charming city centres. Alcudia and Pollensa were famous Roman cities and have a lot of history. The Bay of Alcudia is the biggest bay of the Island and is ideal for sailing. As far as Golf is concerned there are three Golf field at a distance between 7 and 10 Miles.
