Tastefully furnished and fully equipped for a relaxing and pleasant holiday only 5 minutes drive from the town of Soller and 10 minutes away from the port of Soller and the beaches. The garden is planted with many different varieties of herbs and flowers, together with oranges, lemons, persimmons, grapes, apples, peaches and medlars. The cottage gets the sun all day long.

Honey coloured houses, jagged mountains and turquoise sea. This part of Mallorca, well away from the main tourist areas, will appeal to those looking for a little extra, for a quiet and peaceful relaxing holiday. The little village of Biniaraix is next to the pictoresque town Sóller, famous for the orange and olive groves that abound in the area. It has a main square where the locals gather for their morning coffee and croissants and to watch the world go by. In Soller there is a morning market where local produce is sold and a train station from which the famous old rolling stock still rattles its way to Palma and back several times a day. From the station, the tram runs through the square, past the market to the Port of Soller, a beautiful, almost circular, well protected bay with safe beaches. From here you can take a boat along the wild, rugged northern coast to sheltered little bays inaccessible by road... We look forward to welcoming you here!

The cottage is situated 25 minutes from Palma International Airport. There is an 18 hole golf course 15 minutes away, and four more within 30 minutes. Property has fans for summer and central heating for winter. There is a weekly maid service. Rental period is normally from midday on day of arrival to about 1000hrs on day of departure. see also 3105.

A beautiful relaxing place-beautiful villa and garden. Mr.& Mrs.Blake. Came in search of peace and quiet and found it in this idyllic spot. Mr.& Mrs. Nielsen. Two glorious weeks of swimming,walking and relaxing..... Trevor,Robin and Ellen. One of the best equipped houses we have stayed in with lots of things you only get at home. The mountain setting is dramatic. The Dowson Family. The children loved picking oranges and lemons every morning. Mr.& Mrs Coles.

We have had a fantastic 2 weeks. The house is everything we could wish for.Sorry but we broke 2 glasses. The Clark Family We needed peace and quiet and comfort and we have had it.A great pity it was for only a week. Mr.& Mrs.Brandon. We could not have imagined a more perfect spot.The views are breathtaking and the pool very welcome to come back to after long walks. The Robson Family. We had an amazing time in Soller on our honeymoon.

The Villa in nicely secluded, away from the town, but only a 10-15 min walk for Soller's main square.

Beautiful villa with stunning surroundings the pictures look stunning but still don't do it justice.

Friendly owner as well.

Highly recommended.
