Ideal cottage set in a peaceful, picturesque green valley yet just minutes away from the sandy beaches and many restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities of Port of Soller. The cottage is part of a larger estate, separate and private, surrounded by trees, orchards and stone terraces. This is an ideal base for walking or climbing excursions, wonderful walks through the nearby mountain scenery are easily accessible. Many of the best rock-climbing sites are nearby, as are mountain walks and treks through the Traumontana Mountains. The cottage is completely separate, private, with own parking area and access. Port of Soller, just 1km or a 15 minute walk offers safe, sandy beaches, swimming and water sports. The beach road is now closed to vehicles, therefore walking or dining in the many outdoor cafes and restaurants by the seaside is enjoyable. Boat excursions are available. A charming streetcar plies between the Port and the town of Soller. Although a car is useful it is not necessary

Charming rustic style cottage. Independent one bedroom, newly renovated stone built cottage, just one km. from the Port of Soller with it's sand beaches, restaurants and shops. Comfortable yet rustic, with high wooden beamed ceilings, two aircon/heating units, and ceiling fans. Bedroom has double bed, and the large living room has a sofa-bed. Flat-TV, wood-burn stove. Ikea kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, etc. and a staircase leading to roof terrace from which panoramic views overlook orange orchards toward the Port of Soller. The outdoor dining patio in front, surrounded by country views is equipped with chaise longues, umbrella with dining table, chairs etc. the cottage is very conveniently located, just one km. a 2 minute drive, or 12 minute walk to beach and port, restaurants and shopping. In the warm Mediterranean weather you can enjoy swimming on safe sandy beaches, boating, pedal boats, diving and sailing instruction, sitting at beach side cafes, sipping your favorite drink while staying in a country setting just a 15 minute walk away. Golf is just a half hour drive from the cottage and Palma just 30 minutes. For the active walker, mountain walks and rock climbing are all nearby. The cottage is nestled in a unique valley of the beautiful Sierra Traumontana mountains and is well situated to the many wonderful walks with panoramic vistas. There is no sound of traffic so sitting on your outdoor patio, listening to birds, crickets in the summer and distant sound of the sea the cottage provides the ideal romantic retreat yet it is just one km along a charming country road to all the facilities of the Port of Soller.

I stayed in the cottage three weeks and I have never enjoyed a cottage more. The cottage in placed in the most beautiful setting, surrounded by orange trees and lush green hills. It is completely silent at night for a good nights sleep. It was spic and span and everything worked well. I would definitely recommend this cottage to friend.

We stayed for six nights, and found the house to be comfortable and the location wonderful. Remote, rural, quiet, the air full of the scent of orange blossom and the tinkling bells of the local sheep. An added bonus is that it is perfectly possible to stay there without a car, due to the helpfulness of the owners who can collect you from the port, which is within walking distance along a beautiful country road.

We spent seven days in this beautiful and comfortable house, the atmosphere inside and outside was marvellous. Good equipment in kitchen, even the mattress is pleasant. The bathroom is very tasteful, the shower works well. The patio is spacious and on sunny side. Furthermore there is a second terrace upstairs. The house is surrounded by small orange-trees, pure nature. We liked it very much. Last but not least the lessors are very friendly.
