Notes to the rental rates

• Payments by bank transfer 4 weeks before the arrival date. 30% in advance when confirming the booking.
  All bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday (other days on request). Minimum rental period: 1 week. The property is booked from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10.00 am on departure day. This is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals.
  Linen is provided and maid service once per week on bookings of more than two weeks.
  Please ask for special 10% discount on bookings of more than 2 weeks, and for rates applicable during Christmas and Easter holidays. Final cleaning fee: 150 Euros (250 Euros for occupancy of 6 or more) payable upon arrival .
  A breakage deposit of 450 euros is payable to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakages. Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday this may be claimed through your travel insurance

Port de Andraitx

Port de Andraitx is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean. There is a fishing fleet based in the harbour plus a fine marina. A perfect centre for watersports. Scuba-divers will marvel at the wonders of the sea. The sea is exceptionally clean and clear, giving long distances of vision. This location is also a fine choice for golfers. There is an 18- hole golf course within 5 minutes drive. The course is set in Camp de Mar, with beautiful surroundings, very close to the delightful sandy beach, making it an added pleasure to be out on the fairways participating in one of the most enjoyable of sports. The club is of a high standard with all the necessary facilities.

Car hire

Car hire is recommended for exploring this exceptionally beautiful island, full of surprises and with something for everyone. The most diverse landscapes are to be found across the whole island, from the rugged and wild mountains of the North of the island and the Tramuntana mountain range to the flat, sandy Southern part of the island where pine trees and long stretches of glorious white sandy beaches fall away into clear, sparkling, cristal blue waters.

When to visit Mallorca

Mallorca is enjoyable all year round. The island has a mild climate, normally with sunshine for more than 300 days every year - about five hours of sunshine daily in winter and more than 10 hours daily in summer. The average all year round temperature is 21 degrees centigrade.

Golf Information:

The golf course of Andraitx is within five minutes drive from the apartment. It is a nice 18-hole course, par 72, with all the facilities, including a training school and practising area, and set in beautiful surroundings. Additional golf courses in Santa Ponsa are within 15 minutes drive. Mallorca has 15 golf courses.
