The apartment is a two bedroom ground floor property with large private terrace. The master bedroom is luxuriantly decorated and features a king size leather bed and patio doors leading to the terrace. The second bedroom has 3 single beds. Both have plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The lounge has a leather sofa with LCD television, Sky, DVD player, CD player and PlayStation 2 (some DVDs, CDs and PlayStation games are supplied). The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 and a further outside table and chairs on the terrace for 8 people. Prices include cleaning before arrival and on departure, all linen and towels but excludes towels for the pool/beach. A baby cot and highchair are provided at no extra cost. This is a haven for golfers. The complex is situated quite literally on the award winning Bendinat Golf Course. Nearest Airport: Plama De Mallorca at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Palma at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1000.0 Metres
Located in the South West of the island, just 150 metres from the finest, most reliable bus route in Europe, all the attractions, sporting facilities and magnificent scenery Mallorca has to offer, is all within easy reach. Golf Bendinat I is located 150 meters from the main road (please note this is fairly steep), supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars can be found just 600 meters in either direction on the main road. The area is well paved and well lit when dark. There are a choice of beaches locally at Cas Catala, Illetas or Bendinat. The larger tourist resort of Palma Nova is just 7km, Magaluf 8km and Santa Ponsa 10km. With the exception of the road from the complex to the main road the surrounding area and the complex itself is predominately flat.

The apartment complex is to a very high standard with an excellent pool and facilities. The area is always kept extremely clean and it is in a good location with easy access to shops and restaurants.

The apartment itself was of a good standard although a couple of things weren't working (which were eventually fixed)
