Notes to the rental rates

• Booking Terms and Conditions: Upon confirming your reservation a £200 deposit will be payable to a UK bank account, details will be provided in your confirmation letter. This deposit shall be returned on the day of departure subject to no breakage's or damage to the apartment or its' contents. Your deposit is non-refundable should you choose to cancel prior to your arrival date (unless more than 4 months in advance).
  Clients arriving from within the EU can choose to pay in Euros, according to the business rate of exchange of the day. Arrival and departure days are FLEXIBLE. Linen is changed weekly.
  Your apartment will be available from 15:00 hrs on arrival day, through to 11:00 hrs on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
