Attractive penthouse apartment with a larger terrace having views to the garden, bay and pool. There is direct access to a beautiful palm tree beach at the end of a sheltered cove. The apartment is south facing with a tastefully furnished lounge area and a terrace big enough for dinner parties. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an en suite bath/shower room and vanity area. Twin beds are in the second bedroom which also has an en suite. There are shops, restaurants and a Spanish café close by, as well as a friendly English-speaking travel agent and car rental. The instructions and directions to the apartment are also available in french and german.

The apartment has a sea view and virtually looks down on the beach. The CalaVinyas resort is a quiet and peaceful locality only 25 minutes from the airport. The sheltered bay is ideal for swimming, (masks and snorkels are available in the apartment). Beautiful pinewood hills and quiet coves directly to the west of the bay make ideal hiking territory. A short drive from the apartment, one of Spain’s premier casinos also stages world class acts like Michael Bolton, Cool and the Gang etc. Other resorts and marinas like Santa Ponsa, Puerto Portals, and, of course, Palma with their quality restaurants and vibrant nightlife, are accessed via a short motorway. A rented car is not essential as there is a taxi rank and a bus stop at the nearby Cala Vinyas Hotel, which organises tours and activities for non-residents alike.
