This bright and well-furnished apartment is located on a pine-clad hill in the Gotmar area of Puerto Pollensa, with beautiful panoramic views of the bay and surrounding mountains, which you can fully enjoy from the large balcony, with built-in barbecue and dining table and chairs. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers satellite TV, DVD and video player, cd/radio in the lounge with 2 comfortable sofas and (indoor) dining area; the fully-equipped kitchen also includes a washing machine and microwave; bathroom with full-length bath, wc, bidet, sink and cupboard. One bedroom has large twin single beds, the other a king-size double bed, both with built-in wardrobes and access to the balcony from the double bedroom. The Bellauba complex has probably the best swimming pool in town, divided into two pools, one shallow area perfect for children, the other a deeper pool for diving and length swimming. It is surrounded by a lounging area (we provide loungers).

Bright and sunny 2 bedroom, air-conditioned apartment, situated on the fifth floor with lift, with panoramic views overlooking the bay of Pollensa and mountain range. Well decorated. Large balcony with built-in barbecue, dining table and chairs and sunbeds. Lounge with 2 sofas, satellite TV, DVD, CD/radio, dining area with table and four chairs. Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and washing machine, kettle, toaster etc... Bathroom with full-length bath, bidet etc. One twin bedroom (large beds), one double (king-sized) both with built-in wardrobes. Large outdoor swimming pools (divided into one shallow pool and one deep) with surrounding lounging area and gardens. The Bellauba complex is situated in a high-class residential area, but within walking distance of the nearest restaurants and shops.

Puerto Pollensa is located in the protection of a large bay surrounded by mountains, in the north of Majorca, considered by many to be the most beautiful area of the island. It offers miles of sandy beaches and the famous Pine Walk where locals and tourists alike enjoy a relaxing stroll under the pine trees alongside the beach. This family-oriented village offers every water-sport activity, great restaurants to suit all tastes, and many shops selling typical Majorcan products (fine lace, leather and shoes, pearls ...) , beach articles etc. It is also well-situated for excursions to other places of interest in the neighbouring areas. (The impressive vantage point of Cap de Formentor, the beautiful inland village of old Pollensa, the natural wetlands of S'Albufera, the historic remains of the Roman town of Alcudia and many more). The mild winter climate is also well-suited to biking and walking holidays, and Spring and Autumn offer many warm, sunny days with the calm of low-season.

Golf details: Golf Pollensa is a nine-hole golf club with beautiful views within 10 minutes drive from the Bellauba apartments. It also offers a practice area with driving range, putting and chipping etc. Private classes can be booked with the club's own pro. There is also a good restaurant and a swimming pool for use of the customers. See website. Aucanada Golf, in the bay of Alcudia (approx 20 minutes drive) offers an 18-hole golf course with beautiful views. It is situated next to the sea and surrounded by nature. It also has a good restaurant, practice range etc... There are many other golf courses in Majorca. To get an overview see the website.

Other Activities: Mallorca also offers ballooning, tree-climbing, water parks, theme parks, safaris and marine parks, submarine trips, great shopping etc..

Spectacular Views

The property is, as promoted, lovely and it really does have stunning views over the bay. The balcony which is open on 2 sides gets the morning sun and a lovely place to watch the boats, and sea plane, come and go in the bay.

The apartment itself was clean and tidy and we did get clean towels and bed linen after our first week. Some of the facilities could do with being updated as they are not in the best of order so don't expect this to be a true home from home. However, the property does provide everything you would need for a nice relaxing stay.

The marina has loads of fantastic places to eat, go to Brisas if you want a really good steak and the IRU restaurant next door does excellent suckling pig! It is a nice 20 minute stroll to the marina but I would definitely recommend a car if you want to get out and about. The island is beautiful and there are so many lovely places to visit, a couple of our favourites are Soller and Deia.

I would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and would consider returning to the property again in the future.
