This bright and modern sea view apartment with air conditioning has been equipped and furnished to a high standard. The lounge features a 3 seater sofa, dining for 4, TV, CD player, DVD unit with a selection of CDs and DVDs. A large sliding door gives you direct access to the spacious terrace and pool. The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and a good selection of glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. The main bedroom looks over the marina and has a king size bed and new modern wardrobes, and storage. The second bedroom has a double bed spacious wardrobes. The first bathroom has a power shower, wash basin and WC. The second bathroom has a wash basin and WC. A washing machine and separate dryer are located off the second bathroom. The large pool and landscaped gardens are just a few steps from the terrace. From the gardens a staircase gives you direct access to the marina and beach. Reserved car parking provided for one car.

Puerto Portals provides the ideal location for a relaxing holiday. The marina with its fashionable and chic restaurants and bars is only minutes away. Some of the islands best golf courses are all within easy reach. Bendinat golf, ClubTennis and Marineland are just 5 minutes from the apartment. The local supermarket, banks, medical centre and taxis are just a short walk away. The sandy beach is accessed from a stairway in the gardens of the apartment complex. Palma with its sophisticated shops and cosmopolitan nightlife can be reached in 15 minutes. Puerto Andratx, Deia, Soller and Valdemossa are within a 35 minute drive.

Great location for going down to the marina and beach or up to the village shops and restaurants. The terrace is big, quiet and private with a lovely view so you don't really need to go anywhere!

The apartment is well-equipped, the double bed is one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. Would highly recommend and plan to visit again.
