The apartment has just been fully refurbished and has the benefit of being on the ground floor with an extra large terrace with steps taking you directly into the swimming pool. There is an abundance of room to sunbathe where you can enjoy an exhilarating view of the marina and beyond. Within the apartment there is a double and a twin bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a lounge sofa bed so you can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The bathroom has a brand new walk in shower. There is a large kitchen with a breakfast bar which will seat 4 people. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave oven and a full size fridge freezer. There is a gas barbecue located on the patio, with seating on the patio for 6 people. Located in the apartment is a comprehensive pack which will give details on all the local attractions. Air conditioning, heating, washing, drying machine also available (there is an extra cost for these facilities). Some guests may find it necessary to hire a car.

Vista Marina apartments is a small development of 14 luxury apartments overlooking Santa Ponsa Marina. Santa Ponsa is ideally located in the south west of the island which is approximately a 25 minute drive from the airport. Just a short drive away you would arrive at Palma Nova, Peguera and Andrax. Majorca's capital city of Palma is just a 15 minute drive away. Santa Ponsa has easy access to the motorway which will take you to the centre and the north of the island in just over and hour. There is a private access via a couple of flights of steps from the apartment into the marina where after a 15 minute walk you would arrive in the centre of Santa Ponsa where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Alternatively, you can walk on the pathways from the apartment into Santa Ponsa which would be more suitable for the less active. There is a good bus service in Majorca and there is a bus stop located just outside the marina which will take you to other towns on the island

General

We have a management company on hand 7 days a week should there be any problems. We also have provided Sky / DVD in both the lounge and bedroom 2 to keep the kids happy if its to hot to sunbathe or you are on a winter break. We have an association with leisure marine who are situated in the marina who can provide many sports facilities including boat hire. There is a fully equipped diving center just below us who can provide a full days diving experience plus jet ski hire if you are brave enough !

Golf Information:

There are a large number of golf courses located in the nearby area of different standards. Full details of the courses and booking requirements can be found in the apartment upon your arrival. There is not usually a problem in booking on most courses.
