Photos and Description of this Alcudia area holiday farmhouse 6 Bedrooms, 10-12 people

The house is situated in a very secluded and private part of the Island. The hillside Location overlooks a fig orchard with a view of the sea at 1km. We are 2 1/2kms along a repaved National Forest road, 7kms from the town of Alcudia. There are no neighbors in sight. The interior is very tastefully decorated with rugs and antique furniture and hand painted Al Frescoe walls.Amenities include, bi-directional satellite internet connection and TV. The kitchen is simply laid out and able to handle 14 people for dinners. There is a convenient laundry room with deep freeze and washer/dryer combination. The permanent housekeeper and caretaker are included. The pool area has an outdoor Kitchen with a teak table accommodating 14. The wood burning oven is totally functional adding a wonderful element to the atmosphere. Fresh vegetables from the garden are included in the rental price. For an added cost boating parties can be arranged by the staff on an hourly basis.

Notes: The Living room walls are hand rubbed and painted Al Fresco. There are three very tasteful dining areas. The pool is situated below the house accessed by stone stairs.The Pool area has a wood burning oven and a very large gas B-B-Q, two frigs and a hot and cold outdoor sink, all under a shaded grape arbor. The dining table in this area sits 14. You are constantly aware of the tasteful and beautifully made stone walls. In the evening the lighting done by an expert, illuminates the stone walls, mixing with the leaves of the of the trees
