• Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
  There is a 25% discount on bookings for 1 month or more during the winter months.
  Please enquire about special reductions for couples.
  Subject to availability there is a 15% discount for bookings made 1 week prior to arrival.
  The property is cleaned before and after each booking.
  There is an end cleaning and laundry charge of 100 euros per rental, payable on departure.
• A non refundable booking deposit of 25% is payable on reservation.The balance being payable 1 month prior to occupancy commencement.
  On payment of the balance a returnable deposit of 150 UK pounds is payable to cover any breakages or damage.
• Change over day is preferably Saturdays, but is flexible if required. Check in time is after 3pm, and checkout time is before 10am.Available all year round.
