This luxury 4 bedroom duplex is situated in the exclusive Flor Del Golf II Complex. With private terrace overlooking communal gardens, pools and mountain views beyond. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully furnished. The beautiful bay of Santa Ponsa is just a five minute walk away with many restaurants and shops. A slighter longer walk can lead to the exclusive Marina and restaurants or for young families the ‘Square’ provides evening entertainment (from May till September). There is much to explore on the Island and this can be done by either hiring a car or using the modern public transport system or reasonably priced taxis.

Notes to the rental rates

We ask for a refundable breakage deposit of £250. A deposit of 25% secures your booking; at which time we will send you a formal confirmation and invoice for the balance, including the breakage deposit, which is due 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. On receipt of the balance full details regarding keys are forwarded to you. The apartment is available from 2 pm. Check out time is 10am. If your flight is a late one, then please ask to book an extra day to allow the comfort of remaining in the apartment until it is time to return to the airport.
