This luxury 4 bedroom duplex is situated in the exclusive Flor Del Golf II Complex. With private terrace overlooking communal gardens, pools and mountain views beyond. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully furnished. The beautiful bay of Santa Ponsa is just a five minute walk away with many restaurants and shops. A slighter longer walk can lead to the exclusive Marina and restaurants or for young families the ‘Square’ provides evening entertainment (from May till September). There is much to explore on the Island and this can be done by either hiring a car or using the modern public transport system or reasonably priced taxis.

Notes to the rental rates: We ask for a refundable breakage deposit of £250. A deposit of 25% secures your booking; at which time we will send you a formal confirmation and invoice for the balance, including the breakage deposit, which is due 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. On receipt of the balance full details regarding keys are forwarded to you. The apartment is available from 2 pm. Check out time is 10am. If your flight is a late one, then please ask to book an extra day to allow the comfort of remaining in the apartment until it is time to return to the airport.

'The accommodation is fantastic! You really have tried to provide everything! Layout is great and it is really handy to have direct access to the pool area. We have stayed in several private villas and this has to rate among one of the best.'

We all realy enjoyed our stay at this Duplex. We are Grandparents and stayed with our Daughter her Husband and little boy and also out Son. The Duplex is so well layed out and would easyly accomodate two families. Lovely and clean and everything provided for you comfort. Loved the fact that we could lock the garden from the pool area as we had a toddler. The pool are was lovely and so was the childrens pool. It was about a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and activities and also the beach. Loved Santa Ponsa resort. Would definately recommend this property.

A fantastic property a great location on an excellent complex. Pool was great barbecue area great The residents were friendly and helpful without interfering. Safe and secure, something for everyone. Close to nightlife and restaurants but very quiet at night on the complex.
Make sure that the management company do thier job we were let down by them over several matters. However this did not spoil our holiday.
We woud recommend this duplex and complex to all.

My family had an excellent stay at Flor del Golf. The accomodation was beyond our expectations. A nice touch from the owners was a nice bottle of chilled fizzy plonk to welcome us. Plenty of room for 9 plus a baby. The outdoor area is very well maintained. The pool was a hit with everyone. Only a 10 minute stroll to the beach and buzz of Santa Ponsa. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. Santa Ponsa itself is still a lovely place to stay.
