• 25% deposit secures the booking with the balance being payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday. A refundable security deposit of £200 is due with balance payment.
  
• All electricity and services are included in the rent. All linen and towels are included except beach towels. The villa is cleaned upon your arrival and the linen and towels are changed weekly.
  Extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge
  There is a cot and a high chair can be hired at a small weekly charge

If you fancy a stroll around the pretty Marina at Cala D'or with its many restaurants and bars, its only 15 minutes by car. The caves of Drach and Porto Cristo are only 20 minutes drive away up the coast. Cala Murada is nestled amongst national parkland on the east coast of Mallorca. This picturesque area is called romantic wild coast. Surrounded by pine forests the village is an oasis of tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of other mallorca resorts. There is a small-secluded beach with fine sand. Situated between the towns of Porto Colom and Porto Cristo this charming location is ideal for a relaxed family holiday. The quiet little village has a centre with a few small bars and family run restaurants. There are 2 banks, a supermarket, 2 hotels, crazy golf and 2 tennis courts. The houses and villas are tastefully interspersed amongst the pine trees.

Nearby Cala d'Or has some of the best shops on Mallorca, with leather shops and chic boutiques where you can often find designer clothes at reasonable prices. Here you will also find an elegant yatch marina, surrounded by waterfront bars and numerous beaches. Situated approximately 15 minutes by car from Cala d'Or, Felanitx is well known as Majorca's second largest wine-growing region. It is also known as the center of the blue tile manufacturing industry. Another famous trait is the Sunday morning market, which is packed with locals haggling for weekly bargains (here you can find some interesting pottery and authentic local craft). The town of Porto Colom is built around the northern and western sides of a large natural harbour bounded to the east by a scrub-covered peninsula.

Golf Information:

10 mins drive Vall d’Or Golf. Ideally located for golfers staying in the eastern resort of Cala Millor, Vall d'Or is a golf course of two distinct halves. The front nine is great; located high above the sea in mountainous terrain where you play through dense woods and over enormous elevations from smooth rolling fairways bordered by olive and almond trees. Not too narrow but tricky when the wind blows. On the other hand we thought the back nine, running down towards the sea was a bit of a disappointment – maybe because we enjoyed the opening holes so much. While difficult would be too strong a word, keep your wits about you as this course holds many surprises for the first timer.
