Situated on the exclusive golf course at Camp de Mar, this pristine 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is within easy walking distance of the beach and surrounding cafes and restaurants. The villa comprises a living room with fireplace, a dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Sliding doors open onto the terrace which enjoys views of the golf course and scenic pond feature. The main terrace is child-friendly and is equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue. The accommodation offers two twin bedrooms, one ensuite and the master bedroom enjoys a dressing area and private terrace. There is also a main bathroom comprising of bath, overbath shower, walk-in shower facility and WC. The villa has hot & cold air conditioning, terracotta floors and a dedicated parking space. The estate offers four community swimming pools, the nearest being just across the path at the front of the villa. A must for couples, families and keen golfers!

Camp de Mar is a small, select beach resort situated within a 20min drive from Palma, and a 7min drive from Puerto Andratx with its harbour side restaurants and shops. The family friendly resort has a sandy beach with several children's play areas within easy reach. The bay/beach area has several restaurants and cafes. The nearby town of Puerto Andratx offers cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops and boutiques. Camp de Mar is popular with families, golfers and tennis fans.

The villa is in an excellent location just 5-10 minutes walk from the beach depending on your pace. The villa is spacious and the kitchen is well fitted out. The views over the golf course and gardens and the tranquility makes it very relaxing. The villa is on a private complex with keycode access only and consequently is secure and well looked after. Had a couple of barbecues on the terrace and used the pool on the complex also. Just a short drive to the large supermarket in Peguera or Port Andratx. There are a few restaraunts down near the beach but also some lovely restauarants in Port Andratx. Its a great base and close to the main roads if you hire a car its easy to get to places like Palma, Valdemosa, Palma Nova, Port Soller and many other beautiful towns and villages. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Camp de mar its self has a really nice bakery where you can get fresh bread and croissants and if you want to drive to the beach rather than walk then there is 2 large free car parks behind the beach front. Oh and plenty of buses in the town if you don't have a car to get about.

Very good description given of this villa. Very comfortable and relaxing, especially the large patio area which was secluded and had a nice view. Villa had good supply of amenities and quality furniture and fittings.
Well maintained and owner very helpful. Replaced broken TV within a day. Also very pleasant to deal with prior to holiday. Possible to walk to the beach, but not for elderly, however only a couple of minutes in a car. Communal pool opposite villa and easy to use pool furniture supplied.

The beach was lovely, relaxing and suitalble for children. Good restaurants also near to the beach. Probably one of the best locations on Majorca, aimed towards families, would recommend this property and consider visiting again.

Wenn das Wörtchen WENN nicht wär..

Alles in allem ganz ok, ABER da unmittelbar vor der Terasse ein Teich ist, hatten wir abends richtig mit den Mücken zu kämpfen (den Tag auf der Terasse ausklingen zu lassen, war nicht möglich, da man förmlich aufgefressen worden ist; auch an das Schlafen beim offenem Fenster war nicht zu denken!). Nicht zu unterschätzen sind auch die Frösche: Meine Güte können die laut sein und das bis in die frühen Morgenstunden durchgehend.
Außerdem liegt das Appartment nahe an einer viel befahrenen Straße, somit ist der Lärmpegel enorm und stets vorhanden (wer Ruhe mag bzw. gewonnt ist, wird sich gestört fühlen!).
Auch die Sauberkeit entsprach leider nicht unseren Anforderungen bzw. Gewohnheit. Da das Appartment aber über zwei Badezimmer verfügt, konnten wir zumindest ausweichen und das saubere benutzen.. unser "Fehler" war, dass wir bei der Schlüsselübergabe (ca. 21 Uhr) nicht so genau hingeschaut haben und die schmuddelige Dusche erst später gesehen haben..
Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir ein Auto gemietet haben. Ohne ein Auto ist man dort aufgeschmissen.
