To the rear of the house there is a large 'Horizon' swimming pool (18m x 5m) with 'infinite edge'. This property in its particularly beautiful and tranquile location, is ideal for those seeking peaceful seclusion but not isolation.

There is an adjacent dining room that seats 12 people. Both rooms have sliding glass doors that open into the covered terrace and garden. Fully fitted kitchen top design (fridge, freezer, oven, and dishwasher, microwave) with a dining area that seats 8 people, ideal for breakfast. There is also an outside dining area for 12. A twin bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m x 1.90m) with en suite bathroom (shower). There is a WC and an ironing room (washing machine). Lower level: There are four bedrooms: 1 Large master bedroom around 70 m2 (king size 1.70m x 2.0m) with en suite bathroom (bath) and dressing room with views to the garden, 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m x 1.90m), 1 Double Bedroom (that can be also single bed and use the large space for children´s play room),1 bedroom with three singles beds (0.90m x 1.90m).All with terrace & garden views.
