This is a fantastic area for walking or just relaxing whilst enjoying the marvellous views and local hospitality. The two beaches at Port de Soller are a 10 minute drive. Both the Port and the town of Soller offer many fantastic restaurants and bars, bike rental, Mallorca vacation property, boat rental and island transportation

Notes to the rental rates

• Booking notes. 50% deposit required on booking. This will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the rental date. Outside this period half will be refunded. The balance is payable 3 weeks before arrival or by arrangement on arrival. Cleaning is charged at 10 euros per person. A fully refundable 150 Euro deposit will be required against breakages and damage.
  
• Coast/Beach
  The Port of Soller is a 10 min drive from Fornalutx. Water skiing in the port. A fun way to get there is to take the historic tram from the centre of the town of Soller. There are two beaches and fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. Also car, bike, kayak and boat rental.
  Golf
  20 minutes to Palmanyola golf club.
  Special interest holidays
  Hiking guides available with notice. Mountain bikes available at 100 euros a week.

Notes on accommodation: - We truly want your visit to Fornalutx to be memorable and will endeavour to make your stay at Can Mayol as comfortable as possible. Please let us know if you have any special requirements e.g. cots, high chairs, videos, DVDs, bikes, local info etc... All linens and towels are included. Cleaning is on a weekly basis and will be charged at 10 euros per head. In the interest of other guests and their children, please note this is a strictly no smoking home. In Winter months logs can be purchased locally for the 2 wood burning fireplaces if required. For ease with luggage up or down the steps, either backpacks or wheelie suitcases are the best option and of course sensible shoes!
