Large villa with private heated pool in Mallorca, minutes from beach and close to several golf courses, situated between Porto Cristo and Calla Millor in the family resort of Sa Coma. The villa is suitable for family groups and can comfortably sleep up to 15 people. The villa is all on one level and is fully accessible throughout. With a large terrace and heated pool the villa has laundry facilities, 42' Plasma TV, Satellite TV system, dvd player with movies and also a Sony Playstation with los of games. Ideally located in a residential area minutes walk from the beautiful beach at Sa Coma, there are several attractions nearby including a safari park, horse riding centre, hypermarket and many restaurants and bars.

There are also plenty of shops restaurants and bars all around what is a lovely family resort that is an ideal base to explore everything that the nearby resorts and attractions have to offer.

  • The villa has an adjoining apartment with a second kitchen and dining area, shower room and two bedrooms. This is at one end of the property although is still part of the main house and is never let out separately. It is purely to provide additional space and accommodation dependant upon group size and your requirements. When you stay at the villa you have it all to yourself! Also please note that this is a family villa in a quiet residential area of Sa Coma which is a family resort and as such will only be let to family groups or mature guests. The villa will no longer be let out to groups comprising of only teenagers or young people.

This is a strictly non smoking villa although guests are permitted to smoke outside on the terrace making use of the ash trays provided.

Nearby Golf Course Details: There are 4 nearby golf courses Son Cervera and Pula Golf about 4.5KM away , Canyamell which is a very nice course and approx 15 mins drive. Also Cap de Pera which is a beautiful course only 20 minutes drive.

Self Catering: Please note that this is a self catering villa and although we have initially provided many items over and above what would be expected in a self catering villa we have unfortunately lost some of these items. It was recently pointed out by a previous guest reviewer that we are now down to one hairdrier in the property. This after hairdriers had originally been provided in all bedrooms. Please therefore be sure to take your own hairdrier if required as hairdriers are no longer provided. Also regarding Air Conditioning which is provided centrally to the main areas of the property although not currently in the apartment end of the property. Fans are provided currently however Air Conditioning will be installed at this part of the property in time for 2010 Season. Bed linen & towels are provided on a once a week basis however additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged. Please let us know prior to your arrival if this will be required and we can confirm prices.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon your arrival we request a 200 EUR cash security deposit. This covers general damage and losses from the villa. This deposit also covers additional cleaning of the pool if it is used without showering any sand off before going in. This unfortunately causes additional pool maintenance costs as it is not the easiest of jobs to remove sand from the bottom of a pool! PLEASE REMEMBER ALWAYS TO SHOWER OFF ANY SAND BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL!!

Good holiday overall

We stayed here for 2 weeks in september 2009. Our initial views of the villa is that it was spacious, clean and basically furnished and the pool was of a relatively good size (the kids never complained). My daughter is in a wheelchair and we found it great for getting her about, all on one level, wide doors and especially the shower with a seat in it...
Found the kitchen to be well equipped but a little small as we used the villa to its full capacity (16 of us) so we were running back and fourth from the small kitchen in the annex when preparing a meal for everyone. Pool heating was essential for the time of year and the kids made the most of it. Sa coma itself is quite a small resort and if you want to get about a car is essential. We hired one for a day and went to the western theme park in magaluf which was great. We found on some nights there was alot of noise carried from the hotel resort behind the villa but as we were late birds this didn't bother us. There were only 2 small niggles about the holiday, 1st the electric kept tripping out, sometimes up to 8 times a day, very annoying when 4 women are trying to get ready to go out and the fact there was no cleaning, bed linen or fresh towels for the whole 2 weeks and when we asked thomas he said we had to do it ourselves.. Fans in the bedrooms were good but aircon was not needed as unfrortunately only had 7 days of sun, the rest it rained, but you can't book the weather.
Overall we had a great holiday and would recommend this villa to a friend...

The villa is very spacious the majority is covered by air conditioning. The annex needs air con, The kitchen is well equiped with everything you would need, but there is only one hair dryer between however many people you take with you, so if there are more than 2 females take your own. The garden area is quite a good size but the pool is small for a large party. Some outside lights didn't work but this was overcome by using some of the so called interior lights plugged in outside. There was no maid service and no change of bed linen and an information book would be useful. for example we didn,t know that the gas for the bbq was inclulded and we ended up driving to Manacor and paying 35 euros for another bottle. Niggling little things that didn't affect that overall we had a good holiday and would book this villa again.
