This two storey Spanish holiday home in Alcudia is just 20 metres from the stunning white sandy beach in Playa de Muro, Alcudia which is the longest and reputedly the best beach on the island. Perfect for families looking for an independent holiday close to the beach. The house is on two floors and is furnished in traditional style. The house is in a quiet area, though conveniently close to bars, restaurants, shops and all amenities.

The house consists of a large lounge/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath/shower, w.c and bidet, downstairs cloakroom with shower, WC and washbasin. Furnishings are typically Spanish, with ceramic/terrazzo floors throughout. The bathroom, cloakroom and kitchen walls are fully tiled. The kitchen has newly fitted cupboards and include a spacious fridge/freezer, double sink, full-size gas hob and electric oven. One bedroom has a double bed, another has a twin and the third has bunk beds or twin beds. The water heating is by electric immersion heater and the cost of electricity and gas in included in the rental. Also included in the rental is bed linen and towels, except for beach towels. To the front of the house is a small shady garden and a large terrace with patio furniture and there is car parking at the front and rear of the house.
