This is a modern two storey house in the heart of Alcudia, centrally located in the main tourist area with instant access to bars, restaurants, shops and all amenities, though away from the bustle and noise. It is just 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Alcudia, reputed to be the best on the island. The house is in a small complex with a large communal swimming pool and has a grand terrace with a table and chairs, sun lounger’s and BBQ, ideal for evening entertaining. There is air-conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom.

The complex is situated in a quiet part of this busy town, less than a 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Alcudia. A 30 minute walk will see you in the historic old town with its weekly market or the Port of Alcudia with its cosmopolitan bars and restaurants. There is an abundance of bars, restaurants and local amenities within a 5 minute walk.

Great House, great location

The house is great, we travelled with our 2 year old son and the enclosed terrace provided him with loads of space to run around, but you were safe in the knowledge that he couldn't make a dash for the pool as the terrace is enclosed. The house is in a central location, only 5 mins from the bellevue complex where there are loads of bars, shops and restaurants, we found a lovely restaurant called Ola's which we would reccommend.
The beach is only a 10 - 15 min walk and well worth a visit.
I would definetely go back to Alcudia and would highly reccommend this property.

a good relation of what you get and what you pay for. very clean, everthing you need, except an oven for pizza, but a privat cleany pool direktly on the terasse was very luxury, 10-15 min by food to the beach (we discover the beaches with car), pleasant neighbourhood, mini markt 5-min by food, very friendly, very lovly private neighbours, one klima in both floors, perfect for one or 2 families, if alcudia then we would book here again.

Our Stay at Alcudia

This is the best accommodation we have ever stayed at, we have three children and it was just fantastic for us as the terrace is a great size to relax and sunbath in while the older children play in the pool (the terrace gates can be locked so younger children are safe and cannot get to the pool) The pool is shared but we found most of the time we were the only ones there as most of the other houses are occupied by locals who are at work etc. Our kids did love playing with the spanish girls at the weekends and made great friends. It is a totaly different experience from a package holiday, far more relaxing and a great experience for the kids. The accommodation itself is spotless and extremely spacious with everything you could wish for. You do not need a car if you stay here, within a few minutes walk are at a great bar called Tivolis that serves reasonably prices meals and more importantly has a huge play area to keep the kids entertained, this is one in a hundred of great bars that cater for children including the peach pit with nightly entertainment, all within walking distance of this property Alcudia has loads more for the kids to do including Go Karting, Trampolining Rides, great beaches and a lovely boat from the Bellevue to a different beach with watersports and pedloes. I cant speak highly enough of this property and have never been the sort of person to visit a place more than once but have been here for the last two years as with three children aged between seven and two it was a very relaxing holiday and worth every penny and I hope to be back soon

Very nice house located near the centre of Alcudia. Impressed with the standard of cleanliness and the availability of equipment. Lovely having a well maintained pool close to hand. The owner was very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
