Notes to the rental rates

• Please note, to enable more flexibility with bookings, additional days can be taken beyond the week. Please ask for the total cost when inquiring.
  Times for the rental start at 3pm on the start date, and the house MUST be vacated by 10am on the last day of rental. This is to allow for preparation and cleaning. Again, we can be flexible, depending on the previous or next booking, please ask when inquiring.
  
• DEPOSITS: A 30% (non refundable) deposit is required when booking. This is to secure your booking, this will be deducted from the total cost of your booking.
  PLEASE NOTE: No booking will be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance MUST be received 6 WEEKS prior to the start of the holiday, or at the time of booking, if within 6 weeks of start date.
  An inventory and property deposit of £200 per rental period must be received along with the balance, this deposit (£200) will be refundable in full, subject to there being no damage or breakages, within 14 days of your holiday ending. You will find a full inventory in the house on your arrival.
  We do recommend you take out FULL HOLIDAY INSURANCE, in case of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday.
  Linen, bath and beach towels are provided. On bookings of more than two weeks, a maid service will be provided once a week.

Puerto D' Andraitx

Puerto D' Andraitx is a traditional fishing village, with cafes, bars and restaurants by the quayside. Local fish can be bought in the afternoon when the local fishermen return from the 'catch'. For those who will be self catering, there are local shops, a supermarket and bakery. Art galleries, clothes shops, bric a brac and of course, gift shops, are all within a short distance.

Things to do

If you have some the extra energy to burn off, then Puerto D' Andraitx offers lots of water activities, which include, water skiing, diving and sailing. Boats can be hired locally, moorings can also be hired from the Club Vela Yacht Club. A 15 minute drive away is Andraitx Golf Club, with many other golf clubs within a 30 minutes drive. Walkers are also catered for...there is a coastal walk, which goes from Puerto D'Andraitx to San Telmo, (and back!!!). Of course we must not forget the children, beaches at Camp de Mar and Sant Elmo are only a 10 minute drive, plus there is a Water Park at Magaluf.
