A wonderful 4 bedroom recently refurbished individual villa, with private walled garden and pool. Situated in the picturesque fishing port of Andraitx, famous for it restaurants, pavement cafes, bars and shopping. The villa benefits from 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen, all new appliances, hot /cold air-conditioning, flat screen LCD TV with satellite channels, wireless internet access, new marble flooring and private roof terrace with superb views. Private garden with professionally maintained pool, stone BBQ and seating up to 10 people around an outside table. Sunshine is on the garden and pool all day. There’s also a covered area in front of the house with a wicker sofa and fans for those who prefer a little shade. Located 500 metres from a small sandy beach and 10 minutes walk from the port centre, this property is suitable for couples or families. Please note that the MAXIMUM occupancy is 8 persons (Adults,or with children)

Andraitx Golf Course is a 10 minute drive away, with many other golf courses within a 30 minute drive. Local beaches for the children are close by, a water park in Magaluf is a great day out.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note, to enable more flexibility with bookings, additional days can be taken beyond the week. Please ask for the total cost when inquiring.
    Times for the rental start at 3pm on the start date, and the house MUST be vacated by 10am on the last day of rental. This is to allow for preparation and cleaning. Again, we can be flexible, depending on the previous or next booking, please ask when inquiring.
  • DEPOSITS: A 30% (non refundable) deposit is required when booking. This is to secure your booking, this will be deducted from the total cost of your booking.
    PLEASE NOTE: No booking will be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance MUST be received 6 WEEKS prior to the start of the holiday, or at the time of booking, if within 6 weeks of start date.
    An inventory and property deposit of £200 per rental period must be received along with the balance, this deposit (£200) will be refundable in full, subject to there being no damage or breakages, within 14 days of your holiday ending. You will find a full inventory in the house on your arrival.
    We do recommend you take out FULL HOLIDAY INSURANCE, in case of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday.
    Linen, bath and beach towels are provided. On bookings of more than two weeks, a maid service will be provided once a week.

Puerto D' Andraitx: Puerto D' Andraitx is a traditional fishing village, with cafes, bars and restaurants by the quayside. Local fish can be bought in the afternoon when the local fishermen return from the 'catch'. For those who will be self catering, there are local shops, a supermarket and bakery. Art galleries, clothes shops, bric a brac and of course, gift shops, are all within a short distance.

Things to do: If you have some the extra energy to burn off, then Puerto D' Andraitx offers lots of water activities, which include, water skiing, diving and sailing. Boats can be hired locally, moorings can also be hired from the Club Vela Yacht Club. A 15 minute drive away is Andraitx Golf Club, with many other golf clubs within a 30 minutes drive. Walkers are also catered for...there is a coastal walk, which goes from Puerto D'Andraitx to San Telmo, (and back!!!). Of course we must not forget the children, beaches at Camp de Mar and Sant Elmo are only a 10 minute drive, plus there is a Water Park at Magaluf.

Absolutely recommend this lovely villa. Family of 5, had a wonderful time. Great facilities & location. The pool is lovely, the pictures don't do it justice - in fact that whole house is super! Very helpful having UK TV for wind-down post-beach, pre-dinner! The caretaker, Kees, next door was very discreet, but very helpful when needed. Overall a really great holiday - thank you!

Our family (children 7,10 &13) enjoyed a wonderful holiday earlier this month.
The website description of the property is extremely accurate.It is spotless,has excellent facilities and is very well maintained.The caretaker is very helpful.
It has a pretty garden which is very private.The children really enjoyed the pool.
"Casa Bella" is a little piece of Heaven.We were so relaxed for the first few days of our holiday that venturing out was almost an inconvenience! We enjoyed our family time together.
The port is a pleasant 10 min. walk.There are many excellent restaurants.In particular,we liked Porto Bello,Miramar and Cappuccino.
A short walk down the hill to the Yacht Club for lunch is a must.
Palma is a short distance away and is ideal for culture and shopping.We had a great fun day at the Best Western Water Park.
"Casa Bella" is a beautiful place to stay and we could not recommend it highly enough.

Casa Bella, Port d'Andratx

Super 3 weeks enjoyed at Casa Bella by myself, husband, daughter, son-in-law and their 2 girls aged 11 & 6. The house is well appointed, very clean and comfortable with a really lovely pool, very popular with the kids, and your own lemon tree - handy for your G&T's ! Clare the owner provided us with useful information re the house and things to do. Set in quiet surroundings, a 10-15mins stroll takes you down into the very attractive port. Try a coffee & ensaimada at the bakery, enjoy an evening cocktail and people watching at Cafe Cappuccino right on the harbourside. We had an excellent meal at Restaurante Barlovento next to the yacht club. The really good road connections mean you are well placed to explore the island - lots of lovely places to see and the house is only a 35min drive from the airport - we'll be back.
