Delightfully restored luxury rustic house situated near to the exclusive & picturesque fishing port of Puerto D'Andratx. Famous for its quayside restaurants, bars, cafes & boutiques. Five minute walk from the Club De Vela Yacht Club and 500 metres walk to a small beach. The accommodation offers complete privacy with a front walled terraced garden featuring a swimming pool and gas BBQ, we also offer the use of our pool safety turtle wrist strap system as an additional backup for young families . A rear private walled garden off the second bedroom offers an additional private sunbathing area. The house is well equipped including wireless internet access and tastefully furnished comprising of 3 bedrooms (2 en suite), the third bedroom is suitable for one adult or up to two children, large spacious living area and a traditional Spanish terraced dining room overlooking the front walled garden. The house is ideal for both couples and families.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates quoted are for 4-6 people per week, a 10% discount will be given for bookings of a two week duration. A 20% discount will be given for a rental of 2 persons only for bookings of 1 week duration or more (2 weeks booking 2 people 30% discount). Discount rates do not apply in special offer periods. To enable greater flexibility bookings can be taken for additional days beyond the week e.g. 10 days. Please enquire for total cost. Rental times start at 3pm on the first day and house must be vacated by 10am on the last day, to allow for cleaning and preparation; however, we are flexible depending on the date of the previous or next booking, please enquire at time of booking.
  • DEPOSITS: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. No bookings are confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance must be received 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or at the time of booking (if within 6 weeks). Inventory and property deposit of £200 per rental period must be received along with the balance, this is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakages, within 14 days of the end of your holiday. An inventory is in the house. Holiday insurance should be taken out in case of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday.
  • Linen, bath and beach towels are provided. For rentals of more than two weeks a maid service can be arranged at an additional cost of 70 Euros per clean.

Puerto D'Andratx: The exclusive resort of Puerto D'Andratx with its numerous quayside restaurants, cafes and bars still retains the atmosphere of a traditional fishing village. The small fishing fleet returns to the port each afternoon, and you can purchase fresh fish at a small market on the quayside. For those who do not wish to leave the port it is completely self sufficient with a supermarket, bakeries and a variety of shops including art galleries, antiques, and clothing. For the younger guests there is even a night club.

Mallorca: Mallorca is an island of natural beauty were you can escape to explore some of the most scenic landscapes in the Mediterranean. Take the coastal road north from the Port to Deya and on through the rugged northern mountains to Pollenca. Alternatively drive towards the centre of the island through unspoilt hill villages & vineyards to the leather goods town of Inca. For shopping and Spanish architecture take time to explore the beautiful city of Palma with its stunning cathedral. Or simply relax on a beach.

Activities: For those wanting to pursue a more active vacation Puerto D'Andratx offers sailing, diving and water skiing. Sailing boats and motor boats/yachts can be hired within the port and moorings can be reserved at the Club De Vela Yacht Club. For golf enthusiasts the 18 hole Camp De Mar golf course with practise range is only a 5 minutes drive, and several other courses including those at Santa Ponsa can be found within a 30 minute drive. For walkers there are many trails, take a stroll on the Puerto D'Andratx to San Telmo coastal route. For children, the beaches of Sant Elmo and Camp de Mar are a 10 minute drive and the water parks at Magulf offer family entertainment.

How pleasant was our stay!!!

My husband and I plus our 3 grown-up children plus one son in law thoroughtly enjoyed an all too short time in this property which lived up to the completely honest and accurate description of it. It was in a good location for all that Andratx has to offer without being in any way noisy. It felt like 'home from home' as we rented in the same locality with this company 3 years ago and were just as happy this time, although we had a villa next door to the one we previously rented. The owners of the property were really helpful and left a very comprehensive information pack with us. We would definitely go again - the sooner the better!

Charming villa in a lovely place

Our first trip to Mallorca and really taken with Puerto Andratx. The villa is well placed, being about a twenty minute walk from the centre and so removed from some of the hustle and bustle. It is a fairly steep slope back up though!
The villa owner Rosemary was helpful at every stage of the booking process and seemed genuinely concerned that our family should have a good holiday
We found that the villa was accurately described and we had more than sufficient space for our group of 4 adults. Worth pointing out that the third bedroom is only really big enough for 1 adult or 2 children. The pool is lovely and was well maintained by the very friendly local caretaker
Would recommend without hesitation

Lovely house

We have just returned from a week at Casa Roro and it is a very peaceful and comfortable place. Everything you need is in the house, and the next door neighbour is available if you need anything and he speaks excellent English.
With hindsight, we would not have hired a car, as the cost was more than a taxi from Palma and back again. The house is indeed a 15 min walk to the port, however, it is at the top of a hill, and in the heat we didn't even try to walk back - a cab was only 4 euros and stops right outside the supermarket.
Pool is only small but fine to cool off - not really suitable if you are an avid swimmer. We liked the Cappucinno bar at the port, which served the best white wine in my oppinion (if a little pricey).
The booking arrangements were excellent, and the owner was very helpful.
I would recommend the house to friends who wanted a quite time away from the crowds, but with the option to walk to bars and restaurants.

We have recently returned from this charming property, our party included two pensioners and two young children and it catered for all of us. The property is situated in a very pleasant quiet location, within walking distance of beach and harbour. It was well maintained, all of our needs were catered for and enjoyed the pool and also eating outside with a barbecue of evening.
We would not hesitate to recommend to our friends and also like to return in future.

great little villa in lovely mallorcan port.

Billy and Alison enjoyed 12 nights at Casa RoRo in september. the villa was well situated just a 10 minute walk from the town and at the western end of the island. everything we needed was provided, and the homely atmosphere made our holiday so much more enjoyable. all the info we needed was to hand in the house book, and Rosemary confirmed our booking quickly and efficiently.
we hope to bring the family next time!
