Villa Rossini is a new luxury detached villa situated on the South side of the island, with a 9m x 4m pool, sea views and a south facing garden. Finished in August 2004. Sleeps 7. The villa is fully equipped with all new appliances, including satellite, TV& DVD, Utility room with washing machine, and tumble dryer. Fully fitted kitchen, including a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle. An open plan ground floor, furnished in a rustic Spanish style with a log burning fire. The master double bedroom, with en suite, shares a large balcony with the second double bedroom, Bedroom three, a twin with a third bed, has a private balcony sharing a bathroom with bedroom two. On the ground floor is the 4th single bedroom and daytime shower/WC. With a large patio, fixed parasol, sun beds, and permanent barbeque, Villa Rossini is a perfect holiday base for, two families, a large family with grandparents, adult couples or similar.

Cala Pi is on the south coast only 20 miles from the airport and is easily found. The property is in a quiet village of established private villas and houses.There is a deep cove with a beach, giving shelter to yachts, half a dozen are usually moored there. Also in the village is the Cala Pi Club, at which excursions can be booked. There are also many bars and restaurants. Choose from a quality fish restaurant, to a burger bar which will happily supply take a way food. Mini supermarket. There are markets most days in Mallorca, the nearest being Lucmajor on Fridays, only ten minutes away. With Palma, Arenal, Campos and Cala dOr all within easy reach, to the east is Es Trenc, one of the largest and most famous beaches in Mallorca. 20 minutes to the nearest water park near El Arenal. Golf courses are within easy reach
