Villa Rossini is a new luxury detached villa situated on the South side of the island, with a 9m x 4m pool, sea views and a south facing garden. Sleeps 8. The villa is fully equipped with all new appliances, including satellite, 40 inch TV & DVD, Utility room with washing machine, and tumble dryer. Fully fitted kitchen, including a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle. An open plan ground floor, furnished in a rustic Spanish style with a log burning stove. The master double bedroom, with en suite, shares a large balcony with the second double bedroom, Bedroom three, a twin with a third bed, has a private balcony sharing a bathroom with bedroom two. On the ground floor is the 4th single bedroom and daytime shower/WC. With a large patio, fixed parasol's, sun beds, and permanent barbecue, Villa Rossini is a perfect holiday base for, two families, a large family with grandparents, adult couples or similar.

Cala Pi is on the south coast only 20 miles from the airport and is easily found. The property is in a quiet village of established private villas and houses.There is a deep cove with a beach, giving shelter to yachts, half a dozen are usually moored there. Also in the village is the Cala Pi Club, at which excursions can be booked. There are also many bars and restaurants. Choose from a quality fish restaurant, to a traditional Spanish restaurant which will happily supply take a way Paella. Mini supermarket. There are markets most days in Mallorca, the nearest only 10 minutes away in Lucmajor on Fridays. Palma, Arenal, Campos and Cala d’Or are all within easy reach. To the east is Es Trenc, one of the largest and most famous beaches in Mallorca. 20 minutes to the nearest water park near El Arenal. Golf courses are within easy reach

hi, we visited villa rossini in october, the mallorca weather wasnt very good but villa rossini excellent!!!, with me i took my wife and my 2 kids (aged 14), the villa was ideal and they each had a bedroom! the stone barbecue is really handy too,cala pi itself is a stone throw away and has a host of eateries and supermarkets. richard and brenda are really nice people rent this you wont be dissapointed.its a stunning place........one thing though to hire a car use record gocar there really cheap!

We just had to write and recommend this villa - it was perfect, close to the beach, which was lovely and safe, and also very quiet. The villa has all you need for a family holiday and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
Even October showed us some lovely sunshine. we shall definitely tell all about this gem.
Description of the villa does not do it justice it is far better.
Clean and tidy.
Lovely going to sleep at night and being able to see the pool lit up.
Entertaining how all the chickens come into the village square each morning whilst we were collecting our bread!
Easy to find and off the beaten track too.
