Overlooking the bay of Cala Gran this detached villa is easily one of the best sea front houses in the Mediterranean. A front line house on a peninsula, with a cul de sac behind it ensures privacy, yet local amenities such as shops, restaurants, bars & beaches are just a 5 minute walk away. Local facilities include tennis courts, marina and nearby 18 hole golf course. Accommodation comprises of 4 double bedrooms (3 with bathroom/ 1 with shower) & a further bedroom with 2 bunk beds, hall, with cloakroom, utility room, kitchen, dining and sitting rooms, plus large patio. Appliances include washing machines, fridges, dishwasher, satellite TV and telephone/fax. A separate entrance leads to the first floor. A terrace with barbecue area leads out to a swimming pool surrounded by a large, colourful & well established garden stretching down to the sea & private bathing pad, with 12ft of clear water. The outstanding position including privacy makes this one of the loveliest houses on the island

Vall d' Or Golf club: This is not a holiday course, much more interesting with a good first 9 holes up in the mountains, with beautiful position & restaurant.

Cala D'Or Marina: Situated in Cala Llonga right in the village. Boats to hire, motor and sailing. A special area with many restaurants and bars, attractive and fun spot.

Restaurants: Can help with a number of very good ones, Majorcean, Thai, French, Austrian and possibly the best in Majorca Port Petit which overlooks the Marina.

Other Activities: Hire of quad bikes, motorcycles

...AND facilities :-) A wonderful house, a wonderful garden, a wonderful bathing cliff, a wonderful setting on a quit secluded road - walking distance to town (a 3-4 minute walk) and to the beach....what can I say - wonderful.

We were a party of 8 and there were ample room for 3 more guests.

Comes higly recommended

On arrival at the villa we were warmly greeted by margarita,she also payed special attention to our young grand children. Margarita visits the villa on a daily basis to make up the beds etc and to see if you require any further needs.The villa is very clean internaly and the external of the villa is very pretty and the gardens are beautiful. just a few minutes walk from the centre of the town and the resturants. we shall certainly recommend the villa to our friends and we shall also be revisiting as a family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
