Traditional Mallorcan Village House with beautiful courtyard garden.

The house which is situated at the edge of the village has recently been restored in the Mallorcan style. There is a courtyard garden with a fountain and also a roof terrace. Just a short walk away is the village square, with it's beautiful church, local bars and shops and a Tuesday market selling local produce. There is also a beautiful communal swimming pool and tennis courts within a 10 minute walk away. It is within easy reach of the sea, the famous mountain walks and the historic city of Palma. Further details for the house in Majorca (Mallorca), Spain

The house has two double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and one bathroom upstairs. There is an additional bedroom downstairs leading to a shower room. The living room, which has a large fireplace and a dining table for six to eight people, leads on to a well equipped kitchen. This in turn has French doors into a large outside dining room, which looks onto the garden and a magnificent view of the mountains. There is a weekly maid service and linen is provided (except beach towels)

The house offers easy access to the Pollensa Golf Club, beaches and mountain walks. It is approximately 40 kilometres from Palma airport.

Golf Information:

The Pollensa Golf Club is open to non members and is 15 minutes away by car. The club's challenging 9 hole courses have been described as some of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, with a clubhouse, a restaurant which also welcomes non-golfers, and a swimming pool. Clubs, trolleys and golf cars can be rented. Tuition can be arranged and there are regular tournaments.
