Peaceful, comfortable and spacious villa - spectacular sea views

This spacious, southfacing stone clad Majorcan-style house was built to a high specification by the present owner, an interior designer, for her own use. It is situated in a sensational position on a hillside overlooking almond orchards and down a valley to the sea. There are four terraces with all the rooms leading off. The shared pool is 2/3 minutes walk from the villa. It is lovely and well maintained with a beautiful view down to the village of Capdella, which is a 10 minute walk away. Capdella is an unspoiled, charming village 30 minutes drive west of the airport, lying in the foothills of the western mountain range of Majorca. There are good restaurants in the vicinity and lovely swimming and walking. For the more athletic, there are excellent tennis courts and golf courses close by, plus sailing, diving and water-skiing facilities from Portals Nous, Palma Nova and Andraitx.
