It sits right above a dramatic cliff and enjoys 360º stunning views to the Mediterranean Sea in the front and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana in the back. The house has direct and private access to the sea. The house is located in the Son Beltrán finca, 1.2 miles out of Deya on the way to Sóller. The famous and picturesque 'camino de los pintores' or artists path that runs from Deya to Soller in front of the sea can be seen and accessed directly from the property. Cala Deya is ten minute walk away and Lluc-Alcari is fifteen minutes away. The whole area is surrounded by incredibly shaped pine trees, olive trees and cliffs. The property is located 10 minute-drive away from poet Robert Graves' Deya home, 'Can N'alluny'. Totally peaceful environment, with only one other house close by -almost always empty. At night, stars shine here like in no other place in the world.
