Location 5 minutes drive from beautiful unspoilt beaches. 15 mins drive to Val D'or golf course. Ideal base for family, golfing, walking and cycling holidays. House is suitable for all season activities with Santanyi town being close by and providing all amenities, shops, banks, restaurants. House is very well equipped with hot & cold air-con, Satellite TV - DVD- HI FI with Ipod dock,. Well equipped open kitchen. Three bedrooms, en suite to master, family bathroom and downstairs WC. Quiet Mallorcan village within semi rural location, ideally situated for touring the whole island and the many attractions the east coast has to offer. Close to beautiful unspoilt virgin beaches (nearest 5 mins by car) and Mondrego national park and beaches. Excellent Golf course nearby at Val D'or. Superb walking & cycling area with miles of flat open countryside. 5 minutes drive to Santanyi (nearest major town) with it's twice weekly food market and array of restaurants, bars and local shops. 15 minutes drive to Colonia San Jordi with its marina, beaches and excellent fish restaurants. Es Trenc one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca is around 20 minutes drive away and offers a large stretch of beach for families and an area exclusively for Naturists. Various restaurants in and around the area, some locally owned and very Spanish others offer a wide choice of cuisine including Indian, Chinese, Italian and German food. Large supermarket (Eroski) 10 minutes away in Santanyi.

  • Prices in GB pounds are per week for the property with an occupancy of 2/ 3 people. For 4/ 5 people an additional £50 will be added to the rental price regardless of the time of year.
    £100 damage deposit required when booking, fully refundable upon return of key after your stay.
  • Extra days can be considered if house is available.
    Special prices for longer lets.
    We can be flexible on change over days with the increase of budget flights especially mid week.
  • In order to reserve £100 deposit must be paid within 1 week of booking with remainder payable 8 weeks before arrival. Damage deposit required at that time and will be returned by cheque soonest after your visit.

Golf: Vall d'Or golf course is the local club on the Southeast coast, the course opens with a short Par 3 and is followed by a difficult Par 4 that winds steeply into the hills. These holes give no hint to the first time player of the breathtaking revelation that is the next hole, 'the 3rd hole must rank as one of the ten most beautiful on the island.'

the house is very comfortable and large for 4 people. a nice place is the garden where you can use the barbeque. we've enjoy the holiday!

Great house in an excellent location

We stayed for just over a week at the October half-term 2009 and had a wonderful holiday. The house is fairly basic but perfectly adequate and benefits from a roof terrace for privacy. It's main advantage is the location - a pretty village within a few miles of some of the best coves and beaches on the island. The house itself is a short stroll to the village centre which has 2/3 bars, a restaurant and a very convenient bread shop. We were particularly pleased with the quietness at night. We explored the area quite a lot but found the nearest beach at Cala Llombards was outstanding with crystal clear water and at this time of year there were very few people. We were fortunate with the weather as there was only a few occasional clouds throughout our stay and more importantly the sea was still quite warm.
All in all thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

We spent a very good time in this nice house. One floor with 3 bedrooms. Everything was very clean and real quiet. We had all our meals from breakfast to diner on the terrace.The location is just perfect to tour around the southern part of the island. We will come back with pleasure.
Owners are really flexible and trustworthy.
One of our best rentals in 4 years stay in Mallorca

great location lovely house

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house the village is lovely the beaches beautiful and unspoilt perfect family holiday away from the package crowds. cant wait to come back and explore more of the east coast wonderful beaches and towns. great cycling location and lovely walks around the house. The house well equipped with a great roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine and views.
