The CASITA is part of a group of houses at the top of the village in a quiet pedestrian area and is reached by a steep path (about 80 metres). It looks over onto the mountains and has a view of the sea. The house is on three floors. The kitchen /dining area has recently been renewed and is well equipped. There is a shower room, with basin and lavatory. The sitting room with small balcony is on the fist floor and leads up to the large bedroom on the second floor. There are oil filled radiators on each floor. The property is simply furnished with local furniture . Most of the year there is a secluded garden opposite for guests. Should you wish for a larger property look at no 3845 which is in the same quiet area of the village.

1) CASITA, It has been recently sympathetically restored with a new kitchen. It is a spacious accommodation for two on three floors. The ground floor has the kitchen and spacious eating area with a table and seating for 4. There is a shower room with basin and lavatory, all in good condition. The sitting room on the first floor looks out on gardens and the landscape. You reach the bedroom on the second floor which has a large double bed and plenty of hanging and storage space. Please note that there is an excellent hourly bus to and from Palma (less at the weekends).It has been newly decorated this Spring. Should you want a larger property do look at no 3845 which is in the same quiet area of the village.

Estellencs is approximately 50 minutes from Palma airport on the North side of the Tramuntana Mountains. The village has its own pebbly beach, which can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or 10 minutes in a car. The stone built village clusters a round the little square and church and has seen relatively little development. The combination of the rugged mountain village, terraced olive groves and views of the Mediterranean make it quite exceptional.The mountain behind the village rises to 3000 feet,it is possible to walk up to the top of the mountain, with magnificent views over the island, and then walk down to the beach for a swim to cool off! There are good restaurants and a small shop. This is an ideal location for walking , swimming and discovering this dramatic coast of Mallorca.The village has been filmed as representing an unspoilt Mediterranean village.This is our third year of letting the properties and I am pleased to have several guests who have booked to come again
