Spacious Pollensa house, plunge pool, mountain views, close to beach
Spacious homely 2/3 bedroom period town house in the old village of Pollensa north of the island of Mallorca. The house is very well situated at the edge of the village, in a friendly street with parking and lovely mountain views. There is a plunge pool in a terraced garden and a terrace with barbeque perfect for outside entertaining. The beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are a short drive away with beach cafes, perfect for small children. For the sports minded, nature walks, tennis, golf, windsurfing and sailing. It’s a family house and we hope you will enjoy and delight in all the beautiful places and activities of unspoilt Mallorca as we do.

Pollensa is situated in the North of Mallorca and the house is located in the village (eight miles from the port of Pollensa). The street 'carrer gruat' is located near the roman bridge and is the road up to the church on the top of the Calvario.

| Notes: | As this is a family home, children are very welcome, there are toys, videos and books for rainy days. It's a charming spacious house and we think it has a magic ambience. During the large summer months of May to September the summer house accommodates 2 extra adults or children. There are shops and cafes nearby and a bakery just around the corner. |
Are you an artist?
Pollensa is a famous arts centre. Surrounding by inspiring scenery and culture it's a wonderful place for painters. Every August there is a music festival always attended by various well known artistes.
Shops and Cafe's nearby...
Pollensa has many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the house and local cafe, Bar Avenida. There are also numerous small shops near the main square and dotted amongst the houses. Within 5 minutes walk from the house, there is a comprehensive supermarket with fresh meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, etc. A bakery is nearby. There is also another large supermarket 5 minutes away by car on the road to Puerto Pollensa.

This was the perfect place to get away with friends. All that you need is at your finger tips but with out the crowds. No shortage of activities if we where feeling energetic and plenty or relaxing by the outside pool area that had beautiful lighting that made night time dips and meals memorable. It really was a special place to spend time. april@fat-duck.com
