This pretty and simple finca is completely surrounded by various types of fruit trees and is situated in a very quite area between Pollensa and Alcudia. It consists of two floors: on the ground Floor you find a spacious Lounge/Diner with chimney and a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a furnished and covered Terrace with barbecue. From here you have access to the back patio that is covered and also has the laundry area, and a toilet with shower. From this Patio you also have access by a staircase to the Pool. The first Floor consists of three bedrooms: one double and two twin, and two complete bathrooms. There is another covered terrace at the main entrance of the Finca with and old, typical mallorquin oven.

Notes to the rental rates

• To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property. Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge. Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveller cheques.
  As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.
  
• Cancellation charges:
  If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid.
  Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  
• The minimum rental period is one week.
  The property is booked from 14.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
