This delightful villa is set within a gated pueblo style gated community. The large lounge, very well furnished with modern settees, SKY television and DVD player has a separate dining area, which has access to the covered terrace and small secluded garden. Besides dual heat/air-conditioning there is also a wood burning fireplace making the villa an ideal all year round 'home from home'. The kitchen is well fitted, providing everything you might need. There is a twin bedded room with en suite shower room on the ground floor. The upper level, approached by an attractive staircase, has 3 further bedrooms: 1 twin and 2 double. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The second double bedroom and further twin bedroom share a shower room. Plenty of cupboard space. Master and twin bedroom have french doors to upper terrace. Access from ground floor bedroom to rear patio.

Santa Ponsa is a delightful safe, family resort. The white sandy beaches and safe shallow waters appeal to all ages: deck chairs, sun shades, beach bars and cafes add to the appeal - as do the parrots living in the pine trees to one side of the beach. The villa is a slow 7-10 minute stroll down to the beach, bars, shops, supermarkets etc (although there is a small one within 3 minutes of the villa). The villa is ideally situated for day trips to Marineland, the Water Parks, go-karting and for exploration of the rest of this delightful island. Restaurants in the area vary from budget family eating to 5* gourmet.

  • Although the villa is accessible on the ground floor for a wheelchair and has a bedroom and bathroom availability, access is via 4 steps, which may prove difficult. Kings Park is also set on a low hill and unless hiring a car the elderly and more infirm may find access a trial!

Fabulous villa in a wonderful location.

We have just returned from staying at the villa for the second time and I have to say it was as fabulous as we remembered it.

The villa has every mod con you need and is spotlessly clean.
We have a 3 year old daughter and the villa had everything we needed for her from cutlery to toys.

The villa is directly next to the pool so it feels as though it is part of the villa and ideal to nip back for lunch etc.

The villa now has a patio area were we sat out to have dinner of an evening which was lovely.

The villa is situated at the top of a steep hill but an easy stroll up.

I will be returning to the villa in 2010 and can highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful villa in a lovely location with fantastic facilities.

Absolutely superb Villa. Being right next to the swimming pools is wonderful, like having your own pools. Never a problem with sunbeds and the beach is only a 5 minute stroll, little bit longer back up the hill. Loads of great eating/drinking places within a few minutes.
Villa spotless, air-con a must and worked perfectly. A great value villa and Santa Ponsa has something for all ages. 10 OUT OF 10 from me.
