Pretty Cala Santanyi with its wonderful soft sand beach surrounded by pine trees is approx. 2 - 3 kilometres from the picturesque town of Santanyi which has a regular twice weekly market of local fruit and veg and a good range of exclusive shops and restaurants. Cala Santanyi also boasts a lovely turquoise blue sea,four restaurants and a Spar open daily selling freshly baked bread. The surrounding area is mainly almond orchards and mostly flat with a backdrop of pine clad mountains making it ideal for cycling enthusiasts. Cala Santanyi is only a 10 min drive from the pretty port of Cala d'Or and 15 mins from the exclusive Val d'or Golf course. Beautiful Palma is only a 35 min drive.

The house is on one level and the layout is such that it can be used as one house or two independent living areas. The pool however is very deep and unsuitable for small children. There is ample parking.
