This charming house is situated a few minutes walk from the village square where you will find 3 delightful bars/cafes.Within 5 minutes walk you will discover, 7 restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets. There is a fully stocked supermarket/delicatessen, a bakery a pharmacy and a number of small gift shops. The has been totally refurbished and provides 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms together with a further cloakroom(PLEASE NOTE PRICES ARE BASED FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE-FOR 7-8 PERSONS SEE NOTES TO PRICES BELOW) There is a large living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms are beautifully furnished. There is a small roof terrace with 2 deckchairs and a sun lounger, benefiting from magnificent views to the mountains and village. Fornalutx claims to be the most picturesque village on the island and indeed the whole of Spain.This could quite easily be true. The village is situated slightly north of Soller and close to Deia and Valdermosa. The setting is idyllic, in a valley surrounded by orage and lemon groves. The village is a quaint gathering of rustic cottages and town houses all constructed in the local stone. The village benefits from 4 restaurants and numerous bars and a delicatessen. The bustling and historic town of Soller is approx 4 Kms away. The centre of Soller is the square surrounded by restaurants and bars, with streets leading off to a variety interesting and varied shops where there is a popular and historic (although somewhat slow) train service to Palma. Port Soller and its sandy beaches and pretty bay is about a 10 minute drive from Fornalutx or can be reached by tram from Soller. The area is truly beautiful and can best be described as the 'real Mallorca'. .

Booking notes

Booking notes When you make your booking we require a 50% deposit of the rental charge, which will be forfeited if booking cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival date. If outside that period half will be refunded. Balance 2 weeks before arrival or by arrangement. A £100/150 Euro fully refundable deposit is required which will be refunded in full subject to no breakages/damage.

Fabulous house......The plan was a solid few days of walking and vigourous excercise,but I am afraid the pool was a temptation too far, there is always next year. R and A Zak
