Mediterranean Villa with stunning views over the village of Alaro and mountains beyond. Bright sunny aspect, large windows. Recently refurbished modern interior. Main house: large lounge/dining room with open fireplace and patio door to large terrace and pool. 3 large double bedrooms, master en suite, u/floor heating. 2nd bathroom with jacuzzi and u/floor heating. Guest house: 1 bedroom, lounge/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed for 2 more guests if required, sleeping a total 10 pax. Garden: Built in BBQ area, large terrace and pool area for dining and entertaining. Floodlit Tennis Court and a large orchard with oranges, grapefruit, apples and more. 'Away from it all' and yet walking distance to the village, perfect for a peaceful 'get-away from it all' family holiday. Guest house and main house cannot be rented separately. Chef can be organized We would be happy to advise on all aspects of your holiday. PRICE REDUCTION:from €3500 - €2500 per week
