Stunning detached villa conveniently located in open countryside, yet within easy reach of the old town of Alcudia & the resort of Puerto Alcudia. The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, of one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a very spacious beamed lounge divided into two sections, one with Satellite TV and DVD player and the other as a quieter reading area. The separate fitted breakfast / dining room benefits from all modern conveniences. A staircase from the lounge leads to the first floor suit comprising a master double bedroom, with air conditioning unit, an en-suite shower room and a lovely balcony offering views across Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia town as well as open countryside. The villa has high quality comfortable furnishings throughout and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

The town of Alcudia and the compact port of Alcudia are situated on the neck of one of Mallorca's northern peninsulas. Many visitors take an Alcudia holiday for the beach alone with its 11 km of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea. There are many beach-side cafés and restaurants and a great variety of water sports to be enjoyed as well as other local activities to keep you occupied including horse riding and golf. The nightlife is centred around the local bars and night-clubs which are lively but not rowdy. Alcudia is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well. There is the walled town of Alcudia itself, with Roman ruins where a lovely Sunday market is held regularly. Further a field there are unspoilt mountain villages with stunning scenery, beaches and coves off the beaten track. The cosmopolitan city of Palma, capital of Mallorca, is just 50 kilometres away.

A truly luxurious property in a great location.
The villa is perfect for a large group, the pool is beautiful and everything we could possibly need was included.
It was so lovely we didnt even want to go out sightseeing!
The owners were extremely helpful and the property is well maintained and clean.
The towns of Alucida and Pollenca are just a short drive away and both have great beaches and restaurants.
The villa exceeded our expectations and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend the property to others.
We will be back!
