The accommodation comprises, of open plan hallway, with stairs to the first floor. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom and roof top solarium. On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with W.C. adjacent and the master double suite which has an en-suite bathroom featuring twin vanity basins, sunken Jacuzzi bath and shower cubical. The lounge, with fireplace, has a TV, Hi-FI / CD player and a grand piano. The fitted kitchen benefits from modern appliances. The dining area is adjacent with large patio doors giving access to a shaded outside dining terrace. The villa is well equipped and tastefully furnished throughout to a high standard. All the rooms are exceptionally large with high ceilings and sizable windows. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom.

The town of Alcudia and the compact port of Alcudia are situated on the neck of one of Mallorca's northern peninsulas. Many visitors take an Alcudia holiday for the beach alone with its 11 km of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea. There are many beach-side cafés and restaurants and a great variety of water sports to be enjoyed as well as other local activities to keep you occupied including horse riding and golf. The nightlife is centred around the local bars and night-clubs which are lively but not rowdy. Alcudia is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well. There is the walled town of Alcudia itself, with Roman ruins where a lovely Sunday market is held regularly. We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Bressals just before Easter - we were agreeably surprised, having been 'caught out' by rose-coloured descriptions on holidays with other companies to find that the description was fully accurate: the property is extremely spacious (ideal for games of hide-and-seek) and well-equipped. It was lovely to be secluded from noisy neighbours and not to have to worry about the noise our children made! We appreciated the laundry room and choices of places to sit and eat both indoors and outside. The views of the mountains from the sitting room and bedrooms were stunning. As it was early in the season we had some cool weather but the children were able to warm up in the jacuzzi after being in the pool! The customer service was excellent, both here in England and in Mallorca - the reps were very helpful and quick to respond and the information folder provided was accurate and well-thought out. The only suggestion I would make is to ensure that you bring a mobile phone + charger so that you can contact the reps without having to go into Puerto Pollenca during office hours to sort out any problems with water or heating. We would also recommend a visit to the aquarium in Palma - 5 mins from the airport (just off junction 10 to Inca) which is very well designed for families with a great play area and was a good place to spend the last day while waiting for the flight home. We would be happy to recommend the company and the villa to friends and are hoping to be able to return! Thanks to all concerned.
