Charming, 2 bedroomed villa in an exclusive quiet area. The area has a few hidden beaches just 2 minutes away. This lovely house, is fully furnished and has all comforts expected from a villa in this area. The ground floor consists of a large living/dining room and an open, American style kitchen; a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with direct access to the garden; laundry and garage. On the first floor there is a further bedroom with bathroom en-suite and a private terrace. The heart of the outside area is the huge swimming pool (9 x 4 meters, max 3 meters of depth !!), surrounded by various terraces and a covered BBQ area. An ideal holiday home for those who like exclusive and quiet sites.

The Villa is situated just a few minutes away from Puerto de Pollensa, Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia . As this area mainly consists of holiday properties, there is almost no traffic and it is a quiet, ideal place for families with children and people who do not want to be in the tourist hot spots. Although you can reach these spots within 10 minutes by car - Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollenca with its large white sand beaches and the cultural city of Pollenca .
