This delightful, rustic country house approached by a private drive, is set in extensive grounds just few minutes drive from the old town of Alcudia and Puerto Alcudia, the safe sandy beach and all the amenities of this popular resort. It is located opposite our popular villa S’Hort. The accommodation on the ground floor comprises of two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, a family bathroom and a shower room. There is a spacious, comfortable lounge with feature open fireplace, a separate dining room and kitchen with utility room off. Entertainment is provided by way of a Television and a music system. Stairs from the lounge give access to an additional first floor open plan sitting area with panoramic views to Alcudia.

Outside facilities:

Double doors from the lounge lead out to an extensive covered terrace with beautiful, well kept, far-reaching gardens and lawns. There are various shaded seating areas as well as extensive sun terraces surrounding the 7m x 4m swimming pool that benefits from roman steps and a poolside shower. To the side of the house is a purpose built covered barbeque area to enjoy ‘alfresco’ dining. Within the grounds, behind lockable gates, there is plenty of room for parking a number of cars.
