This delightful, rustic country house approached by a private drive, is set in extensive grounds just few minutes drive from the old town of Alcudia and Puerto Alcudia, the safe sandy beach and all the amenities of this popular resort. It is located opposite our popular villa S’Hort. Double doors from the lounge lead out to an extensive covered terrace with beautiful, well kept, far-reaching gardens and lawns. There are various shaded seating areas as well as extensive sun terraces surrounding the 7m x 4m swimming pool that benefits from roman steps and a poolside shower. To the side of the house is a purpose built covered barbecue area to enjoy ‘alfresco’ dining. Within the grounds, behind lockable gates, there is plenty of room for parking a number of cars.

The town of Alcudia and the compact port of Alcudia are situated on the neck of one of Mallorca's northern peninsulas. Many visitors take an Alcudia holiday for the beach alone with its 11 km of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea. There are many beach-side cafés and restaurants and a great variety of water sports to be enjoyed as well as other local activities to keep you occupied including horse riding and golf. The nightlife is centred around the local bars and night-clubs which are lively but not rowdy. Alcudia is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well. There is the walled town of Alcudia itself, with Roman ruins where a lovely Sunday market is held regularly. The port of Alcudia and the old fishing village are at the northern end of the beach. Here you will find a tight grid of streets with restaurants and gift shops lining the sea front.
