The three hectare property set in the middle of an almond grove and is located approximately 1km from the coast and the village of Colonia Sant Pere. Colonia Sant Pere is a small fishing village situated near Betlem and Cabo Farrutx amidst a stunning setting of mountains, almond groves and meadows. This area of natural beauty is almost completely unspoiled and offers ideal opportunities for golf, hiking and other sports. It is on the border of a large and pristine nature reserve and very close to a private and undeveloped beach. The property is extremely quiet and peaceful. From the rooftop terrace you will enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Bay of Pollenca. The charming town of Arta is only 10 minutes away. There are 4 golf courses nearby including the best on the island in Al Canada. The village of Colonia Sant Pere has many quaint restaurants as well as many basic services including a marina. The villa has a new 12 x 5 meter salt water pool. The property is ideal for families.

We enjoyed a lovely week on Mallorca staying at this fabulous villa. The description and photos are very accurate. The interior is bright, comfortable and well appointed. This is a peaceful, pastoral setting with easy access to the charming nearby sea town of Colonia San Pere. In addition to relaxing at this terrific spot we spent our time on Mallorca sight-seeing, golfing and eating out. We give all of these activities a five star rating on Mallorca.
A great vacation. We will definitely go back.

Wir verbrachten zwei traumhafte Wochen in dieser Finca.Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben wurde.Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig,aber doch zentral.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und auch die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut.Der Pool ist superklasse.
Würden dort jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Alle Angaben im Online-Inserat waren korrekt, das Haus komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und zum Betreuer vor Ort waren jederzeit kompetent und freundlich. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und werden unseren nächsten Mallorca-Urlaub sicher wieder hier verbringen.
