Discover unspoilt Mallorca with a private villa and pool near the sea
This four bedroomed Ibizan-style Private Villa is to the South of the island of Mallorca with views to the island of Cabrera. The village of Cala Pi is a quiet area with a picturesque cove and beach. There are amenities in the village including English-speaking restaurants and supermarkets but no nightclubs and noisy bars. This is the place to come to for a relaxing break! Your own private villa, will comfortably sleep eight in it’s four bedrooms. Indoor and outdoor dining rooms enable you to make the most of the weather and of course you have the luxury of your own private swimming pool and terraces. The villa is set in a quiet road with similar properties. It is not in a complex of any type.

Whilst Cala Pi has one of the prettiest coves and beaches on the island there are many others one can visit within just a few minutes drive including the longest stretch of undeveloped sand on the island at Es Trenc, the popular resort of Cala d'Or and dozens of other tiny coves and harbours. It is also possible to visit the Island of Cabrera, a national park/nature reserve. Boats leave daily from local harbours. Palma city centre offers a completely different experience. It is a typical Spanish City with excellent shopping from Gucci, Prada, etc to small back street boutiques. The architecture around the old town and the Cathedral really must be seen to be appreciated. At night there are a huge array of cafes, bars and restaurants - just ask us - we will recommend our favourites.

| Notes: | The accommodation is situated at ground floor level. Although change over day in high season is Saturday only, during the winter and low season we are pleased to discuss alternative changeover days and/or short term bookings. The Master Bedroom enjoys the shade during the afternoon/evening and has double doors opening to it’s own private terrace. There is ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom fitted with full size bath/shower, toilet, wash basin and bidet. This room is now air conditioned. There are 3 other bedrooms, 1 with a Queen sized double, 1 with a double and the third with two single beds. All have room for storage and are comfortably equipped. The family bathroom is spacious and fitted with full size bath/shower, toilet, wash basin and bidet. There is a fitted kitchen, lounge with a raised dining area & a sun room overlooking the pool & terrace arranged as a further indoor dining room. The outside dining area provides a shaded area for lunch by the pool. |
Just take it easy!
Casa Rita is the place to visit for an away from it all it break all year round. In the summer why not start the day with a leisurely breakfast around the pool, a couple of hours relaxing on the loungers just swimming, catching the rays and reading. Lunch in the shade of the outdoor dining area and back to the loungers for a siesta then a swim. In the evening why not visit the village and sample a paella or ask Jose (the owner of the local restaurant) and one of our neighbours to deliver one!
Great for Tennis
There is a floodlit tennis court just a couple of minutes walk from the villa which belongs to the village community association. We are members so our guests can use this facility for a nominal charge. The court is kept in really good shape and rarely used.
Car Hire
It is possible to get a taxi straight from the airport to the villa but to really enjoy the area to its full we do recommend hiring a vehicle. We have used the same company ourselves for many years and are happy to pass their number to you. They will then meet you at the airport.

Mr U from Durham: We had a most enjoyable holiday at the villa - the spacious terrace, pool and shaded areas are all superb and really made the holiday. We liked the peace and quiet, empty roads, uncrowded beaches (EVEN IN AUGUST!) and the polite and friendly locals.
