This luxury new detached villa is situated on the South side of the island, completed August 04. There are excellent beaches and golf courses nearby and it is only 20 minutes by car from the airport. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious living area, which has 4 sets of patio doors leading to the south facing rear garden. There is a large terrace with 2 fixed parasols and 6 sun beds and a good-sized swimming pool (9m x 4 m). The living area is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, and a log fire. The fitted kitchen and dining area has a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a portable grill for cooking inside or out. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. The master bedroom has an ensuite with large bath and shower. There are patio doors leading straight out of the master bedroom onto the pool for that morning swim. This delightful villa will accommodate a large family with ease while providing all the home comforts.

Cala pi is on the south coast only 20 miles from the airport and is easily found. There is a deep cove with a quiet beach giving shelter to yachts,there are usually about six moored here. Also in the village is the Cala pi club,which has a superb restaurant. It provides a wide range of entertainment in the evening and organises excursions.There are many bars and restaurants to chose from including traditional Spanish, Greek, and an excellent fish restaurant. Or if you just want a snack, there is a choice of burger bars that will happily supply take away food.There are markets on most days in Mallorca, the nearest being Lucmajor on Fridays, only ten minutes away. Palma, El Arenal, Campos and Cala d'Or are all within easy reach. Ten minutes to the west is Es Trenc, one of the best beaches in Mallorca.Cala pi is only 20 minutes from the nearest water park and in easy reach of many excellent golf courses. It is a great place to explore the island from or just relax and enjoy your holiday

A great villa in a lovely location.

This was a very nice villa, with a great pool and terrace area. It had a good standard of amenities and the owner's rep. was helpful and gave us plenty of local knowledge. The villa itself had everything you would expect and also satellite TV, which is a bonus if you have young children and so will spend most evenings in. The pool was very clean and was maintained by the owner's rep while we were there. There were many extras in the villa which made our stay very enjoyable, the laundry facilities were very useful. The beach is lovely and again it's great for those with kids. There a couple of good restaurants by the beach which are family friendly and reasonably priced.All in all a great week and I would recommend it to my friends.

A peaceful, relaxing villa.

The villa was in a quiet location and has a great pool and terrace area. The description of the villa was accurate and we were pleasantly surprised to have 2 bathrooms not 1.The facilities were of a good standard and the pushchair was a thoughtful addition for those with young children.
The property was nice and clean and the fridge/freezer was already on with some basic provisions in it (including a well-needed cold beer!).For a family of four/five it's ideal, may be a bit cramped for 6 though.
There is a lovely beach with steps down to it, which is well-sheltered with shallow water- again good for the kids to play on. We tried several restaurants but as we have fairly young children, we did most of our eating at the villa. The cooking facilities were good with plenty of cutlery/crockery etc.
We were visited a couple of times by the owner's representative, who checked the pool and told us where the best shops were. We took a 40 minute drive into Palma, which is a beautiful city and well worth a visit. I would recommend this villa and would visit again.

The description of this villa is fairly accurate. The outside space is very nice around the pool. The living area is quite large and the master bed and bath are a good size although the double bed is as hard as a rock and there are no drawers big enough to put anything other than underware! The second bedroom is a dismal, dark room with 4 single beds and not even a bedside lamp to help cheer it up. You would be hard pushed to sleep 6 people comfortably here. The property was clean enough although the throws on the sofas could do with a good wash and some new pillows would not go amiss.

Myself and my husband had enough crockery, glasses, cups etc. but again 6 people would struggle. There is a B.B.Q but no utensils to use on it and a constant battle with the ants coming in kept us busy almost every day!!

The urbanization this villa is on is very nice and also very quiet and peaceful. The property is surrounded by land ready to be built on.

We were told a local contact would come to the villa to meet us but nobody ever turned up, even when we phoned him to say we had had 2 male intruders whilst we were sitting by the pool sneak in through one of the patio doors!

There was no basic information folder with things like, police, hospitals/doctors, dentists, supermarkets, places to visit etc. so all in all the customer service was very poor.

I will not be suggesting any of my friends or relatives rent this particular property although Majorca and Calla Pi itself are very beautiful and full of wonderful things to see. Don't get me wrong, we had a really good holiday but this villa (billed as De Lux and Luxury which it definitely is not) was the least memorable thing, just a place to sleep.
