Off the kitchen is a separate dining room, with an archway leading through to the living room and thence to the porticoed main entrance to the rear, garlanded by flowering Bignonia. Rustic farm buildings form a partial courtyard leading to the good sized swimming pool, bordered by gardens, with a gnarled old Carob tree providing a shady corner. From the sunny courtyard and poolside relax and soak up the amazing tranquil atmosphere of the place, as well as enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding countryside To the rear of the pool, the Mallorquin style summer house accommodates a superbly fashioned barbecue, along with a convenient marble sink and rustic table and benches for alfresco dining. Next to the summer house is a 3rd fully tiled bathroom and a washing machine

Off the kitchen is a separate dining room, with an archway leading through to the living room and thence to the porticoed main entrance to the rear, garlanded by flowering Bignonia, with a nearby banana tree adding an exotic tropical touch. Rustic farm buildings form a partial courtyard leading to the good sized swimming pool, bordered by delightful gardens, with a strategic gnarled old Carob tree providing a shady corner. From the sunny courtyard and poolside, one can relax and soak up the amazing tranquil atmosphere of the place, as well as enjoying the splendid panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, where olive groves give way to wooded hillsides reaching to the distant horizon.

To the rear of the pool,

an attractive feature of the property, is the Mallorquin style summer house accommodating a superbly fashioned barbecue, along with a convenient marble sink and rustic table and benches for alfresco meals. Next to the summer house there is also a third, fully tiled bathroom.

Note:

There is a washing machine in a small utility room at the far end of the main house.
