The third bedroom has twin beds and again much wardrobe space and a dresser. There is a lovely family bathroom. Downstairs consists of a sunny aspect siting room with a large wall unit and a log burner. Digital TV and CD stereo system. The dining area seats 6 and is open plan to the sitting room. Notes to the rental rates

• Please ask for special rates for rentals of longer periods than 3 weeks.
  
• This is a second home for the owner and therefore a refundable deposit of £150.00 will be required. This will be returned within 7 days of your return following confirmation of no damage. Normal wear and tear and small items of breakage will not be deducted.
  
• A deposit of £150.00 is required to hold the dates required. The full amount is due 8 weeks before traveling. There is no additional cancellation charge up until this point except the deposit. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 3-4 weeks 20% of rate refunded. Less than 3 weeks no refund.
