Cala D'or area Majorca (Mallorca), This 2 Storey beautiful typically spanish air conditioned Villa situated within a small immaculate complex consists of 3 good sized double bedrooms, I ensuite bathroom and 1 family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen includes Miele dishwasher, Microwave, enormous fridge, electric hob and oven, toaster etc. Utility room with Miele washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Downstairs toilet, dining area, sitting room. WiFi, large screen HD TV, DVD player, Stereo and CD player and I POD docking station. Hairdryer supplied

Fantastic terrace onto well manicured gardens and large pool. Upstairs terrace overlooking the gardens, pool and the sea. Direct access to the beach from the front of the complex within a 1 minute walk.

This villa has the most amazing main bedroom with beautiful views of the garden, pool and the sea. It has a terrace just perfect for morning tea and breakfast. A safe is fixed in this room. A luxury bathroom with a big shower unit is en suite. Plenty of fitted wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a double bed. Large fitted wardrobes and dresser. This is a very bright and airy room. The third bedroom has twin beds and again much wardrobe space and a dresser. There is a lovely family bathroom. Downstairs consists of a sunny aspect siting room with a large wall unit and a log burner. Digital TV and CD stereo system. The dining area seats 6 and is open plan to the sitting room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave and a huge fridge. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The whole house has been renovated and now has under floor heating, a brand new kitchen, totally rewired and new terraces.

Cala D'or has grown into a sophisticated playground for all types of holiday makers. The Marina area is full of stunning Yachts and Cruisers. The Sea is Turquoise blue and all water activities are available locally. It has the most excellent restaurants and bars, and provides a lively night life for those seeking it. The villa location however is quiet being on the headland of Cala Gran beach with just a short stroll to all amenities. The beach is 1 minute away and the town is approx 7 minutes walk and the Marina approximately 15 minute stroll. The beautiful Val D'or golf course is approximately 10 minutes away by car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please ask for special rates for rentals of longer periods than 3 weeks.
  • This is a second home for the owner and therefore a refundable deposit of £200.00 will be required. This will be returned within 7 days of your return following confirmation of no damage. Normal wear and tear and small items of breakage will not be deducted.
  • A deposit of £200.00 is required to hold the dates required. The full amount is due 8 weeks before traveling. There is no additional cancellation charge up until this point except the deposit. 6-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 4-6 weeks 20% of rate refunded. Less than 4 weeks no refund.

Perfect for families: The location and size of the villa is perfect for a family of upto 6.

It is within 1 minute of the beach of Cala Gran. a 7 minute stroll of the town centre and 15 minutes from the Marina.

The terrace has a small gate opening on to the garden and pool with a large table and all the living is outside during the summer.

We supply all shampoo, conditioner and shower gels and 2 hairdryers in the villa. Also beach towels.

Many small Calas to choose from: Within the vincinity there are many small beautiful Calas to choose from. With at least 4 within a 10 minute walk.

Golf and other sport facilities all near by.: There is a fantastic golf course within a 15 minute drive with amasing views and fabulius restuarant facitlities.

There is a diving school within 3 minutes.

Cycle hire with a minute walk too.

More or less any summer activity you may want is available.

What a wonderful holiday! The villa is in a perfect location - lovely and peaceful but only a stones throw away from the beach and all the shops and restaurants of Cala d'Or.
We enjoyed a great week - the weather was perfect - and the villa was extremely well equipped. Great idea to provide toiletries and kitchen essentials - it assists greatly with packing and guests can just replace items from the local supermarket as they are used.
Many thanks Lynn - we look forward to hopefully visiting again!

Wonderful apartment with stunning views

Excellent apartment with a lovely balcony perfect for morning breakfast in the sun while taking in the stunning view of Cala Gran.

The apartment is only a short walk to the sea and town, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Clean and fully equipped, very easy to relax and forget your worries.

Highly recommended!

VILLA F AUGUST 2010

This was our third stay in Cala d'or and by far the best.
The villa was really lovely and the view from the master bedroom was a bonus. Gardens and swimming pool beautifully kept. Three beaches in easy walking distance, restaurants , marina, and shops also close by (this is the first year we did n't hire a car ) and did n't need to. Our three children all made friends and thoughrly enjoyed themselves.
Want to thank Lynn for providing beach towels , shampoos and shower gel's as this was a great help when packing for five !

Villa F - Aug 2010

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Villa F with our 2 young children (5 & 2). The Villa was very comfortable with everything you could need and a beautiful view from the main bedroom.
The pool and surrounding garden were great and the children made lots of new friends (which meant our time was more relaxed).
Amazing choice of restaurants all within easy waking distance and the beach is just a minute away. Note the beach does get busy in peak time but the water was warm and very calm which was perfect for us.
We look forward to returning soon.

My wife and I had a week in the apartment .V well decorated and equipped.Fantastic location and views . Very easy to walk into town for restaurants etc. Recommended .
