Cala D'or area Majorca (Mallorca), 2 Storey beautiful Villa situated within a small immaculate complex. Air conditioned, with 3 good sized double bedrooms. I ensuite bathroom and 1 family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen includes Miele dishwasher, Microwave, enormous fridge, electric hob and oven, toaster and kettle. Utility room with washing machine, and tumble dryer. Downstairs toilet, dining area, sitting room, Digital TV, DVD player, Stereo and CD player and I POD docking station. Hairdryer supplied Fantastic terrace onto well manicured gardens and large pool. Upstairs terrace overlooking the gardens, pool and the sea. Direct access to the beach from the front of the complex - 1 minute walk.

This Air Conditioned Villa has the most amazing main bedroom with beautiful views of the garden, pool and the sea. It has a terrace just perfect for morning tea and breakfast. A safe is fixed in this room. A luxury bathroom with a big shower unit is en suite. Plenty of fitted wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a double bed. Large fitted wardrobes and dresser. This is a very bright and airy room. The third bedroom has twin beds and again much wardrobe space and a dresser. There is a lovely family bathroom. Downstairs consists of a sunny aspect siting room with a large wall unit and a log burner. Digital TV and CD stereo system. The dining area seats 6 and is open plan to the sitting room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave and a huge fridge. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The whole house has been renovated during the the winter of 2005/2006 and now has under floor heating, a brand new kitchen, totally rewired and new terraces.

Cala D'or has grown into a sophisticated playground for all types of holiday makers. The Marina area is full of stunning Yachts and Cruisers. The Sea is Turquoise blue and all water activities are available locally. It has the most excellent restaurants and bars, and provides a lively night life for those seeking it. The villa location however is quiet being on the headland of Cala Gran beach with just a short stroll to all amenities. The beach is 1 minute away and the town is approx 7 minutes walk and the Marina approximately 15 minute stroll. The beautiful Val D'or golf course is approximately 10 minutes away by car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please ask for special rates for rentals of longer periods than 3 weeks.
  • This is a second home for the owner and therefore a refundable deposit of £200.00 will be required. This will be returned within 7 days of your return following confirmation of no damage. Normal wear and tear and small items of breakage will not be deducted.
  • A deposit of £200.00 is required to hold the dates required. The full amount is due 8 weeks before traveling. There is no additional cancellation charge up until this point except the deposit. 6-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 4-6 weeks 20% of rate refunded. Less than 4 weeks no refund.

Fab holidays in a fantastic Villa

it was the first time,that a 10 day-holiday stay was too short for our family!! We were excited about this lovely location, well equiped and tastefully decorated, really close to the beach and also near the center of Cala d'Or with great restaurants, bars and shops.
Hopefully to come back to this wonderful location soon we can highly recommend Villa F to anyone, especially families with children.

Just returned from 'Villa F' having stayed there for 2 weeks with our family. The location of this complex is second to none. The villa has been very tastefully decorated and there is everything you could possibly need. Beautiful views of the sea from private balcony off the main bedroom. If you like the beach, then you can't get much closer, it really was 1 minute away. We love the relaxing sophisticated feeling that Cala D'or provides and would recommend this accomodation to others.

just back from 10 days in this lovely villa. we had a nice terrace overlooking the pool and the grounds which are immaculately landscaped. across the road from the beach and a few minutes from the shops and restaurants, meant that we had the freedom as a family to do whatever we chose. its the first year we didnt hire a car and really didnt miss it. a perfect holiday for 2 adults and 4 teenage daughters. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

We had a wonderful week in this villa. It was very well equipped and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could possibly need. The views were wonderful and it really was just 2 mins from the sea! The resort was just a little bit more sophisticated than the rest of the island which was good.

We would highly recommend this villa.
