This lovely detached villa is located in quiet, exclusive residential area between Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran in Cala d’or. Shops, restaurants and the beaches are within walking distance. Comprising of, on the ground floor; three twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe, a family bathroom, spacious living / dining room and separate kitchen. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in dressing area and a large balcony. The villa is tastefully furnished throughout to a very high standard. To the front of the villa there are extensive mature gardens and lawns, made totally private by high hedges. From here, there are steps leading up to a roof top solarium, having wonderful panoramic coastal views. To the rear, patio doors give access to open terraces leading to the magnificent 10m x 5.5m swimming pool, with roman steps, a brick built BBQ.

Good size villa. Excellent pool that was a big hit with the kids. In a quiet area but only a short walk to bars restaurants and shops. Very handy for the beaches. Directions could do with improving especially when arriving at night. Pack a torch for arrival if arriving in the dark. Cala D'or a nice children friendly area and able to get to other parts of the island. Take the mini train round the town on arrival, train stop at the top of the road, as this will help you get your bearings. A good Eroski supermarket on the edge of town that opens while 21:15 during the week and 10:00 - 14:00 on Sundays.
